It has also happened several times in a public place like McDonald's
and even the University of Toronto Robarts Library: a person will sit
down by me and chat me up only to find out that s/he's a psychiatrist.

It's MY OPINION [having been in the intelligence business for
nearly four (4) decades as an UNPAID independent agent earning
a good reputation in the international intelligence community]
that Dr. Rowe is putting CIA agents on disability.
It's my assessment that Seaton House and Toronto Housing
are run by the CIA. This means their agents get THE BEST
in subsidized housing. (On the 4th floor of Seaton House we
have a huge wall paintings of President Obama and Henry
Kissinger along with OTHER AMERICANA figures like Jimmy
Hendrix, Bugs Bunny, Batman: NOT ONE CANADIAN. How
IGNORANT is that, eh? IGNORANT AMERICANS run the
place as far as I'm concerned.)
For that reason I believe that THE LARGEST CIA community
in the world is in Toronto.
Using CIA-backed drug-trafficking Hells Angels, the US Gov't
controls - it seems to me - 25 cities in Canada starting with
Toronto: it all started from Seaton House in the late 1960's
with African-American CIA agents getting the Toronto Police
involved in drug trafficking.
The City of Toronto is getting perhaps as much as $1 BILLION
(OR MORE) in *NEW* REVENUE EVERY YEAR from all the
construction that is going on in the City. Where is it going?
To the States?
With cops on Toronto construction sites, it raises the question:
is this POLICE EXTORTION?
If it's true that the CIA have taken over 25 Canadian cities,
HOW USELESS are the RCMP and CSIS?

The Arab community in the National Capital Region refused
in the early 1970s to cooperate with the RCMP in setting up a
Middle East intelligence network. After six months of intense
discussion they decided against it. THE REASON: the RCMP
were considered to be SO DANGEROUSLY STUPID they would

BE TRUSTED.
I even had to discourage Cold War spies from being double
