method although their are foot and bike carriers that have their own delivery

their existence.) national network of UNDERCOVER COPS.
They hire pushers as young as 16 and send them and their clients to jail
via EASY SUMMARY CONVICTIONS by a mere JP (Justice of the Peace)
allowing the Canadian judicial system to readily get HIGHER CONVICTION
RATES EVERY YEAR.

With the É(eh)PC NO ONE GOES TO JAIL neither for for consumption
which will NOT be allowed in public places nor for commercialization of
illicit drugs because the cost of jailing a person is prohibitive: an average
cost of $200,00 per person per year.

transit and library services, 3000+jobs while seeking to OUTSOURCE more
and more City services.
Given that THE PROPERTY TAX BASE IS EXPLODING from all the SO
