York University Students Misled, DUPED!

In Toronto this past Monday, September 17th, I attended
the 10 a.m. York University ANTI-STRIKE RALLY at Vari Hall
sponsored by http://www.yorknothostage.com.
A few hundred students showed up.
Some wrote on a banner on the walk about how the
strike affected them, BUT NO ONE SIGNED THEIR NAME.
At the back of the Hall were students manning tables
with baked goods in order to raise money to rent a hall.
The York U. Security+(what I PRESUMED! were) Toronto
Police undercover cops filmed the proceedings+those in
attendence from the balcony in Vari Hall.
There was also a portly, elderly TV camara man wandering
around among the crowd.
The organizers spoke about how disappointed they felt
+the NEGATIVE IMPACT of the strike regarding SUMMER
EMPLOYMENT.
Several other students came forward to say pretty much
the same thing.
One who worked at an on-campus-business said she
had NO WORK BECAUSE OF THE STRIKE+was worried
about NOT! having enough $$$ to buy food+pay the
rent if the strike continues for some time.
A FORMER! student involved in the 2001 York University
Strike said that this was *unfortunately*A REPEAT! of
2001.
An MPP spoke saying that STUDENTS PAID GOOD $$$
+that the strike was NOT FAIR to them+that he would
take their LETTERS+PETITIONS to Premier McGuinty at
Queens Park.
WHAT WAS HE DOING THERE in the first place?
WHAT KIND OF *MALICIOUS* FARCE! was that - at the
students' expense - *really*?
The fact of the matter is this: York University is NOT!
OWNED by the Gov't.
York University is a PRIVATE INSTITUTION +THE PUBLIC
doesN'T! *KNOW* WHO! owns it.
THEREFORE, THE GOV'T HAS **NO** AUTHORITY over
the York University strikers.
UNDOUBTEDLY, York University student organizers WERE
*badly* MISLED into thinking that the Gov't is involved
(It is NOT!) or COULD do something. (It CAN'T!)
SO WHY!? THE LETTERS to Premier McGuinty of Ontario
+WHY!? THE PETITIONS?
Why is the MPP going to deliver them 2the Premier
McGuinty?
What is all this ABOUT?
PRETENDING TP CARE.
CLEARLY, the Gov't DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN about
university+college students FORCING THEM to pay
*UNJUSTIFIABLY* HIGH TUITION FEES especially
THE FULL! TUITION FEES of the so-called professional
programs like nursing, law+medicine when it should
be FREE!
TALK ABOUT BEING DUPED+laughing at the POOR!
students.
How VICIOUS! can the Gov't be?

The students.
The University is NOT! LOSING $$$ over the strike:
in fact, it's SAVING MONEY because it doesN'T
PAY the 3000+ teaching assistants when on strike.
York University Harassment

A York University Security person attempted to give me
a NO TRESPASSING NOTICE just after 2 p.m. after being
on campus since 10 a.m., but I refused to give them my
name+to provide ID.
He called for BACKUP.
This resulted in eight (8) York University Security guys
in four (4) vehicles coming over to tell me that I did
NOT! have authorization to be on PRIVATE! PROPERTY.
I told them that I *didN'T* SEE! any "PRIVATE PROPERTY
NO! TRESSPASSING" signs *anywhere* on campus.
When I asked them WHO! OWNED York University,
they couldN'T tell me: shouldn't THEY! know?
You would think so.
Apparently, this is CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: it
seems York University feels that the Public doesN'T
need to know.
Why does OWNERSHIP of York University have to be
HIDDEN! from THE PUBLIC+York University Securtiy
staff?
What's that all about?
I think THE PUBLIC! *NEEDs* to knows because THEY!
ARE FINANCING York University.
When I asked to see the University regulation that
stipulates I require AUTHORIZATION in order to be
able promote my political party on campus, they
COULDN'T! provide it.
Were they lying?
What are the chances of that?
They told me that the Toronto Police were on their
way+that the Toronto Police would be dealing with
me.
I responded by REPEATING OUT LOUD: "YOU ARE
HARASSING! ME: **DON'T** HARASS ME!"
After being pleasant for so long, I began to wave
my extended arm pointing at them CHANTING:
FASCISTS!
FASCISTS!
FASCISTS!
They laughed+got back into their vehicles.
However, two (2) York University Security guys in a
cruiser stayed nearby to keep an eye on me.
SHAME! on York University - an institution of HIGHER!
learning - for FAILING! to recognize THE IMPORTANCE
of POLITICAL CHOICE+FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.
Section 3, Canadian Charter of Rights+Liberties,
considers the creation+promotion of a political
party A DEMOCRATIC RIGHT+thus ENSURES THE
FREEDOM to create+promote a political party.
Section 3. (Democratic Rights)
"Every citizen of Canada has the right ... to be qualified
for membership (in Parliament) ... ."
This GIVES ME THE RIGHT to be at York University for the
promotion of my political party, the ÉPC, (Égalité Party of
Canada) providing I'm NOT disruptive.
SHAME! on York University fpr being ANTI-DEMOCRATIC,
AUTOCRATIC+FASCIST.
NATIONALIZE! Universities+Colleges

1. The ÉPC (Égalité Party of Canada) will
NATIONALIZE! universites+colleges.
2. The ÉPC will make STRIKES at colleges+unviersities
ILLEGAL! because of the harm they cause.
3. The ÉPC will offer FREE! tuition+FORGIVABLE students
loans to encourge as many Canadians as possible to
get as much education as possible SO CANADA CAN
BE STRONG+FREE.
