economic times."
Their rhetoric SOUNDS GOOD.
BUT! what do they intend to do?
They are FAST! with the PROMISES!

Remember when it said that it was going to get rid
of child poverty within 20 years back in the early 80's?
So what is the Government good for?

Stéphane Dion says that those in tri-party alliance
are MOTIVATED(??) "THE BEST! interests of the

Mr. Dion, Mr. Clarity - himself - wouldN'T SAY:
NOR his replacement, Michael Ignatieff, who
has said in a CBC interview: "it's TOO! EARLY

MAD! STRATEGY is that?

The Crown: A *BOGUS* AFFAIR

of Canada: this has lead to the creation of the
INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENT in the Province of
Quebec that threatens to RIP! Canada APART.
In order to WIN! the participation of the French
Canadians ("les Canayiens") in the War of 1812,
the Crown PROMISED! French Canada would be
on an equal footing with English Canada.

The TREACHERY! of the Crown manifests itself
by NOT! respecting 1st Nation treaties+NOT!
looking after 1st Nations Peoples who became
WARDS OF THE CROWN *after* ALL! treaty
negotiations. Incidentally, a 1st Nation person
had to request permission from the Crown for
some thing as minor as replacing a window to
his/her home and this until just very recently.

Peoples seems to *always* have been one of

November 2004 Gov't EMPTIES my bank account.
April 2005 Gov't 4-person Ottawa Police psychiatric
Unit to my apartment door with stretcher+oxygen
tank with Court papers to put me in the Royal
(mental) Hospital. Told them to go away when
they said: "Open the door. We just want to make
sure you are fine.
April 2006 Gov't lays Family Court+criminal charges.
November 2006 Gov't arbitrarily refused me social
assistance after I had been promised that I did
qualify+there would NOT! be any problem.
February 2007 Gov't appoints psychiatrist, Dr. Ruiz,
at the St. Cathrines welfare office to be my social
worker. Dr. Ruiz did NOT! give me the $$$ he had
initially promised: this resulted in me being evicted
from my apartment building where I was under
severe surveillance for quite some time.
In July 2007 the Gov't refused my social assistance
in Vancouver, but offered me mental disability if I
spoke with the psychiatrist they had waiting to
speak with me.
In August 2007 the Gov't had put in my Seaton House
(City of Toronto shelter for homeless mean) file that I
was manic depressive+bipolar: this was read to me by
Kevin Dwyer though I have NEVER! suffered from any
mental disorder in my life: that's LIBEL!+SLANDER!
committed by the FASCIST! Gov't of Canada.
In September 2007 Kevin Dwyer had invited a Police
psychiatrist come to speak with me. I refused.
In November 2008 Seaton House arranged for an
in house meeting with Cheryle J. Rowe MD FRCP(C).
Refused saying that is was INTIMIDATION by the

FORCED! to share my room at Seaton House with
UNDERCOVER! COPS. I'm under SEMI-HOUSE ARREST.
In fact, I recognize surveillance people from Ottawa

NO! Invitation to Senate of Canada Page Reunion

I was NOT! invited to the reunion of Senate pages by
the Clerk of the Senate, Paul Belisle.
Paul Belisle was my former floor don at Thompson Hall
Residence at the University of Ottawa. He preceded me
as Office Boy, for the Public Relations Department
at the University of Ottawa and later, as Senate page+
Senate Night messenger.
In fact, I was a page with his fiancée who got the
job thanks to him.
They got married about the same time I did EXCEPT
the Speaker of the Senate had a DINNER PARTY for
them+NOT! me.
They even stayed in my apartment building after they
were married: I've been in the same apartment from
1977 till 2007.
So, why was I NOT invited?
Perhaps, it's because I singlehandedly got the Union
on Parliament Hill in 1984 after receiving my six months
notice in December 1983 because I refused to abuse
the System like everyone else in the Senate: I was told
to start abusing the System by a high ranking Senate
employee who had his Ph.D. political science in June
1983 or else I'd lose my job. In fact, they ended up by
firing ALL! the pages - except me - for stealing from the
Centre Block kitchen after bringing back the snack carts
Tuesday evenings.
Perhaps, it's because I created a political party in 2001
that is opposed to RAMPANT CORRUPTION.
After working in 20+ Gov't departments, having done 70+
temp assignments through 15+ temp agencies over a
decade, I've come to believe the EVERY! Gov't department/
agency/organization has it's own INTERNAL MAFIA+where
the ABUSE OF THE PUBLIC PURSE is VERY! BAD there is
*always* a NON-CONSENTING CULTURE of SEXUAL
EXPLOITATION OF WOMEN: my wife was a victim of it+
I'm divorced because of it.
The PROBLEM in the Design

Gov't of Canada is DESIGNED AS A FASCIST STATE who
serves a select few who run Gov't.
Let's look at WHO HAS DIVVIES at the PUBLIC TROUGH

2. "Law+Order" Services: Judicial+Policing Apparatus

The Freemason are followed by the THE JUDICIARY

intelligence services that put THE POOR+HOMELESS
in jail often resorting to *entrapment* when possible,
but do NOT! go after WHITE COLLAR CRIME, nor
ORGANIZED CRIME INSIDE+OUTSIDE OF GOV'T.
One can see ORGANIZED CRIME INSIDE+OUTSIDE OF
GOV'T coming *TOGETHER* in the creation of the PPPs
(Public Private Partnerships) suspects the ÉPC: Gov't
mafiosi get all the BRIBES+KICKBACKS they want in
return the private sector mafiosi get the Gov't contract
that allows them to own while CHARGING a 15%+ return
to the Gov't on their investment with the Canadian
taxpayer assuming ALL! THE RISK should anything
go wrong.
3. Gov't Employees

NEXT come to come to SLURP AT THE PUBLIC TROUGH
are Gov't employees in the public+para public sectors:
EVERY GOV'T EMPLOYEE IS *EXPECTED* TO ABUSE THE
SYSTEM.
My ex-wife's boss at the Rehab in Ottawa NOT! only
was he Head of the Psychology Department, he was
referring his Rehab patients to his private practice
down the road getting PAID FOR BOTH JOBS at the
SAME TIME by the Province of Ontario. He even wanted
my ex-wife to work at this private practice as well as
the Rehab: HOW CROOKED IS THAT, eh?
Myself, I lost my job at the Senate of Canada because
I *refused* to ABUSE THE SYSTEM during the nine (9)
years I was there.
By the way, in Canada has 200+ jails there are no
Gov't employees: Gov't employees are exempt from
jail.
Canada has NO! police force, NO! intelligence agency
that LOOKS! for crime in the Gov't.
4. WASPs

VISIBLE MINORITIES, especially 1st Nation Peoples

5. The POOR+HOMELESS: EXCLUDED

They are that ones that go to jail.
They are the ones that the judicial system depends
on for higher conviction rates year after year thanks
to summary convictions - trail without jury.
The OVER POLICING of the POOR+HOMELESS using
a MULTI-BILLION $$$ full-time undercover Police
apparatus that will use entrapment wherever possible
is BLATANTLY OPPRESSIVE+constitutes an UNNECESSARY
Gov't EXPENSE+an UNNECESSARY TAX BURDEN for the
taxpayer.
Gov't of Canada: NOT! Legitimate, NOT! Credible

The Gov't of Canada is NOT! legitimate because it
does NOT respect it own constitution that allows
for a French Canada on equal footing with an
English Canada meaning that a French-Canadian
is entitled to live anywhere in Canada in French.
The Gov't of Canada is NOT! legitimate because
POLICING gets TOO MUCH! $$$: 1/2 the budget
of the City of Toronto is POLICING.
A City cop will start at $70,000 while an RCMP will
start at $47,000; PLUS! a City cop will make an
EXTRA! $50,000 in what can be considered as
NEEDLESS! OVERTIME.
The ÉPC believes that the those that run the
Police forces get BRIBES+KICKBACKS from
EVERYTHING! they buy *including* TASER GUNS!
The Gov't of Canada is NOT! legitimate because
POVERTY is the direct result of the Gov't NOT!
making ANTI-POVERTY a SPENDING PRIORITY.
The same can be said regarding the EXORBITANT!
college/university TUITION FEES: it's NOT! a Gov't
SPENDING PRIORITY.
The Gov't does NOT! CARE about THE POOR NOR
college+university STUDENTS on whom Canada's
FUTURE! depends.
230+million $$$ given to the City of Toronto by the
Province GOES MISSING! How can that be?
The ÉPC believe Toronto is already a 100% mafiosi
run city predicting a budget shortfall in the next
coming four (4) years when that are all sorts of
condominium towers going up. Again, how can
that be?
It seems that Toronto Police manages the "ENTIRE!
Toronto drug scene" for their PERSONAL PROFIT.
City social housing across Canada do NOT! make
any financial provisions for *necessary* ongoing
maintenance. The City of Toronto will sell 350
Units in order to get the money.
Meanwhile according to Habitat Canada 65,000
FAMILIES! in Toronto are on a waiting list for
social housing.
Now, we learn that on Canadian bases in Afghanistan
young boys are being SODOMIZED! for entertainment.
That is UNCONSCIONABLE!
How LOW! can Canada GO?

Atlantic Canada what is known in French Canada as
"Acadie".
The French who lived under the British monarchy in the
