The É(eh)PC will transform Canada's "law and order"
(FASCIST secretive Police State society serving only
the Rich whose emphasis is the Police, the judicial,
and prison system costing $75 BILLION for 200+ jails
with 450,000 inmates) into a PROSPERITY-BASED
100% DEMOCRATIC state whose spending is monitored
online by the People and whose emphasis is job creation
through the creation of small businesses supported 100%
by the Gov't since they create 80% of the jobs in Canada.


Any Canadian reporting UNNECESSARY GOV'T SPEN-
DING will get $5,000 tax-FREE and the Gov't employee
loses his/her job and goes to jail for two (2) years.


This is what the É(eh)PC calls CLEAN GOV'T BY DESIGN.


By getting rid of UNNECESSARY SPENDING and redu-
cing the number of Police forces to only ONE whose
members have at least an Honours B.A. and seeing Po-
licing as "social services", the É(eh)PC believes it can
reduce the size of Gov't by 50%, a tremendous saving
to the Canadian taxpayer.


In addition, the É(eh)PC will cap Gov't salaries - outside
Parliament - at $120,000 until Canada experiences a
return to strong economic growth.


Economically depressed areas will be tax-FREE zones.


An É(eh)PC Gov't will also do everything it can to to help
farmers become financially independent and to ensure
Canada's food supply.


Canadians will have AUTOMATIC ACCESS to employ-
ment insurance (EI) and to social assistance once the
EI runs out.


NOT only will social assistance will be DOUBLED, but
those on social assistance will be able to work part-
time or at a temporary job without being penalized.


Canadians will be able to go to college or university for
FREE so they can get a good paying job because the
É(eh)PC will nationalize and regionalize them in order
to ensure quality education at a good price to the Gov't.


Health care services will also be nationalized and re-
gionalized in order optimize health care system.


Canadians will earn "a living wage" because the É(eh)PC
will increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour and later
to $18.


The first $20,000 earned will be tax-FREE.


However, there will be NO tax deductions, NO tax break,
NO tax credits for anyone NOR for any business.


NO business will be able to defer taxes - either.


Every business will have to offer the best wages and
social benefits possible: otherwise, it will be nationalized
and sold to somebody who will.


The tax rate for all businesses will be set at 20%.


Resource extraction royalty fees will be set at 20%.


There will be NO business subsidies and NO business
loans provided by the Gov't.


However, the Gov't might take an equity position in "a
going concern" business that needs short term financial
help.


Working mothers will enjoy FREE daycare: daycare will
be the responsibility of her employer for which it will be
an expense deduction: it will be subsidized by the Gov't
if necessary.


Single mothers' guaranteed monthly income, $18,000,
will be tax-FREE.


Stay-at-home married women with one or more pre-school
children will get the guaranteed monthly revenue equivalent
for an unemployed person on social assistance: $1,200.


Plus, an É(eh)PC Gov't will REDISTRIBUTE THE WEALTH
in many other ways so Canadians can enjoy a very high
standard of living while offering Canadians the best enviro-
mental protection possible via the É(eh)PC GREEN Plan
