The É(eh)PC President/Party Leader starts handing out his card
in front of the XXI forever store at the Dundas+Yonge intersection.

An undercover cop posing as a panhandler tells him in a threatening
manner as he had done so in the past to get off his side of the street
before sitting down on the street by the Guess store beside the XXI
forever store on Yonge Street.

His description: 200 lb. VERY FIT white male ( a Jack Black actor
look-alike) wearing cream pants, navy shirt+navy baseball cap with
short, clean-cut black hair along with a full trimmed beard with big
hands.


8 pm
The undercover cop comes over+threatens violence.

The É(eh)PC President/Party Leader runs across the street into the
Adidas store.

He was forced to do this three (3) times.

However, the 3rd time unable to open the Adidas door in time
the undercover cop was able to repeatedly PUNCHED! his head,
neck+back.

The 4th+5th times the É(eh)PC President/Party Leader runs
across to the Eaton Centre.

Unable to stay at the corner by the XXI forever store, the É(eh)PC
President/Party Leader hands out his card in front of the Eaton
Centre instead.


8:20 pm
The É(eh)PC President/Party Leader flags a Police car at the
Dundas+Yonge intersection heading north on Yonge Street.

He explains the situation.

The Police drive away doing NOTHING!

The É(eh)PC President/Party Leader runs up to a male+female
cops on bikes heading south on Yonge who stopped for the red
light at the Dundas+Yonge intersection

They refused to identify themselves.

They threaten to put him in a jail cell as well as threaten to charge
him with mischief because he had NO **VISIBLE** MARKS.

A SERIOUS CRIME was committed: a political leader was REPEATEDLY
PUNCHED!

Rather than investigate the matter the Police chose to dismiss it.

That is NOT ODD?

Another cop on a bike told him the alleged undercover cop had a
right to panhandle providing he was NOT aggressive NOR drunk.


9:15
Six (6) cops with their parked bikes stopped for 15 minutes at the
Yonge+Dundas Square next to Yonge Street.


KEY Points

1. The É(eh)PC President/Party Leader knows many of the under-
cover cops that associate with this undercover cop who PUNCHED
him repeatedly. This confirms his Police identity.

2. When attacked by the undercover cop there were MANY UNDER-
COVER COPS in the vicinity.

[In fact, two (2) six foot plus African-Canadian undercover cops joking
said they saw nothing.]

(The one who showed the É(eh)PC President/Party Leader his badge
threatened to have him arrested for mischief.)

3. There are **USUALLY** A LOT OF COPS around there around 8 pm.

4. The cop camera sitting atop a pole in front of the Eaton Centre tapes
everything that goes on in the area surrounding the intersection. T

(The *repeated* PUNCHING of the É(eh)PC President/Party Leader was
MOST DEFINITELY CAUGHT ON TAPE.)

5. Consequently, the É(eh)PC President/Party Leader was a VICTIM of
**DELIBERATE** FASCIST! Police State TERRORISM.

In short, this incident was about a cop wanting to have his way.

It's reminiscent of the UNNECESSARY 1,100+ G20 ARRESTS
of peaceful, non-aggressive, legal protesters due to WANTON
Police PIT BULL behavior.

Police BULLYING BEHAVIOR is TYPICAL of FASCIST! Police
states like Canada.

NASTY heavy handed POLICING has everything to do with NASTY
heavy handed CROOKED! *secretive* "behind closed doors" GOV'T.

Pre-emptive Policing

Canada due to American influence in Canadian policing is adopting a
VERY DANGEROUS POLICY of "pre-emptive" policing.

The É(eh)PC views the annual $7 BILLION *security* budget devoted
to "pre-emptive" policing as a legal way by the Police to defraud the
tax payer.

It's TOTALLY UNNECESSARY because there is NO THREAT NOR
ANY THREAT LEVEL to justify the ILLEGAL audio+video surveillance+
East German STASI-like profiling of Canadians using a BIG BROTHER
DATA BASE.

The É(eh)PC strongly believes that things in Canada are SO OUT OF
CONTROL that it advises Canadians (especially Muslims) to check
their homes+work place for electronic bugs.

Having helped to end the Cold War FOR FREE, the É(eh)PC President,
Party Leader is SHOCKED to see the Cold War apparatus resurrected.

In addition it has been reinforced with electronic gadgetry.

Canadian are NOT AWARE that their PERSONAL INFORMATION
that is meant to be private like the the information associated with
medical records, their library cards, debit/credit cards,  driving record,
police file, etc. are all being - in the É(eh)PC view - put into ONE BIG
BROTHER DATABASE that goes by many names like RAMq, etc.

In other words, Canadians are BEING SPIED ON+TRACKED by their

is classifying them according to potential THREAT LEVELS probably.

of Toronto, but - possibly - 25 other cities like London, Waterloo,
Cranberry, Lethbridge, etc. suspects the É(eh)PC.

Obviously, ALL THAT TRACKING+SURVEILLANCE is pointless
if GANGSTERS are running so many major Canadian cities.


BOGUS! Municipal Election

The É(eh)PC is encouraging Torontonians to take the day off rather
than vote in the upcoming municipal elections.

What's the point?

The Hells Angels will still run the City after the elections anyway as
far as the É(eh)PC is concerned.

The City keeps getting NEW REVENUE as a result of people moving
into NEW CONDO SKYSCRAPERS, but claims to be short $$$ for
years to come.

Does that make any sense?

There is ONLY ONE EXPLANATION: the City of Toronto is RUN BY
CROOKS.

Whoever is elected mayor will continue to be A STRAW MAN for them.

So why go out of your way to legitimize A CROOKED MUNICIPAL
