SO WHAT?


Under
Mayor Ford
Torontonians STILL won't
know what goes on - "behind closed doors" - at City Hall.


They
woN'T know
WHO are making
the financial decisions,
WHO is benefiting from them,
WHO they're all associated with, and WHAT the details are.


Without
that information
WHAT KIND of Government have we?


A
BOGUS one.


However,
with the É(eh)PC
Torontonians will know ALL that.


This
is ESPECIALLY
IMPORTANT when
the City decides to PRIVATIZE and
to CONTRACT OUT which - apparently -
Mayor Ford has indicated he's willing to do.


SADLY,
municipal
bureaucrats
are renown across
Canada for keeping
City councilors busy
discussing incidentals
while having THE BIG ITEMS
go through AT THE LAST MINUTE
with LITTLE or no DISCUSSION - whatsoever.


Speaking
about BOGUS
Government, WHAT
HAPPENED to the QUARTERLY
REPORTS on STIMULUS SPENDING by the Harper Government?


We
were
supposed
to get FOUR (4)
last year and FOUR (4) this year: EIGHT (8) so far.


HOW
MANY
have we gotten  - so far?


A
couple?


PLUS,
we doN'T
know WHO's
benefiting from
THE STIMULUS SPENDING?


Bay
Street
ORGANIZED
CRIME - as usual?


I
guess
the Canadian
taxpayers are
NOT supposed to know.


Otherwise,
they'd be SHOCKED
and ANGRY to learn they're
BEING TAKEN for a ride - AGAIN!


Getting
back to THE
NEW MAYOR,
HMMM, let's see ...
he wants A TAX-FREEZE.


That
woN'T
MEAN
MUCH to
Torontonians
if taxes are JACKED - way - UP - later, now, will it?


He
supposedly
plans to REDUCE
the $9.2 BILLION budget
by 1/3 over FOUR (4) years.


HOW?


Selling
VALUABLE
ASSETS to the
Yankees - DIRT CHEAP?


He's
going to
CHOP the
onerous Land Transfer Tax?


He
promises
to get rid of
the Vehicle Registration
Tax (VRT) because Torontonians are NOT HAPPY over that.


Here's
THE DEAL - though.


The VRT
gets THE KNIFE
because the City bureaucrats
have to give Torontonians SOMETHING
GIVEN THE HIGH EXPECTATIONS the media
guys went out of their way to create with this NEW Mayor.


(WHO
says Canadian
media guys are A
BUNCH OF CYNICS?)


But
it's - probably -
only A QUESTION
OF TIME before the
City bureaucrats start
STICKING THE KNIFE
into the backs of Torontonians
once it's back to being BUSINESS AS USUAL.


THE
STAGE
IS SET for
a COMEDY,
but will the taxpayers
of Toronto get a TRAGEDY
thanks to ANOTHER SPENDTHRIFT City Council?


TIME will tell.


However,
WHAT are
THE ODDS
that Torontonians
doN'T get SCREWED - like in the past.


NOT likely.


Why?


Three (3) reasons.


1.
It's
THE SAME
BUREAUCRATS
behind the scenes that
PULL THE STRINGS at City
Hall: essentially, it's *THEIR* GAME.


2.
THEIR GAME
seems to have ALWAYS
been to RAISE expectations
of a NEW City Council really HIGH,
then FRUSTRATE THEM - really GOOD!

It
seems
to be an
INHERENT
DYNAMIC of
Police State FASCISM
meant to make the People feel POWERLESS!


Here's
the recipe:
promise A LOT;
deliver LITTLE in order
to keep the People *PERPETUALLY*
FRUSTRATED and feeling HELPLESS
so the FASCIST Police State Government
can continue its SELF-SERVING ways of EXPLOITING the People.


3.
We
have to
get rid of
THE CROOKS
at City Hall and
that's NOT going to happen - YET.


SO!


It
seems
to be MORE
OF THE SAME:
HIGHER TAXES with
NOT very MUCH in return
with Torontonians - FOREVER - PISSED OFF!


The
GOOD NEWS
is the É(eh)PC believes
it can GET RID OF THE CROOKS
in Government through GOOD DESIGN.

RIGHT NOW
we are LOOKING AT
THE IMPOVERISHMENT

want to **OVEREXTEND** Canada's Police and Security Apparatus.


Canada
is FAST! becoming
A LAND FOR THE RICH
as immigration is ALREADY
SKEWED to favour those with A LOT OF $$$.


Here's
THE PROBLEM - though-
is THE BRUNT of taxation in
Canada is being borne by THE NON-RICH!


Is
THIS FAIR
to THE MAJORITY
of Canadian families?


Most
definitely NOT!


Canadians
doN'T want a
BI-POLAR SOCIETY
with A MINORITY OF RICH
at one end and a MAJORITY
OF THE POOR at the other end
like in the USA and Latin America.


Why?


Because
it's NOT VIABLE
in the long run because
THE GROWING INEQUALITY
can generate A LOT OF SOCIAL
UNREST to the point of causing DOMESTIC TERRORISM.


And
because
Canadians
instinctively know
that A HEALTHY SOCIETY
is one that believes in FAIRNESS
and SOCIAL JUSTICE in A REAL DEMOCRACY.


And
that is
what the
É(eh)PC is about.


REAL
DEMOCRACY
that serves everyone.

P.S. After a talk with a Toronto Eaton Centre
SECURITY GUARD at my table in the food court,
I find out that I'm NOT allowed to have another
Ferrero Rocher chocolate when I later went back
in the line for another one. I'm NOW TOLD I can
have ONLY ONE A DAY though LAST WEEKEND
I was able to have a few in one day which I enjoyed
with my coffee. Besides, there is NO SIGN saying
customers are limited to one chocolate a day.Did the
Toronto Eaton Centre SECURITY GUARDS have any-
thing to do with this? And was the Toronto Police behind
the SECURITY GUARDS? I suspect so: the Toronto
Police seem to treat SECURITY GUARDS like AN
AUXILIARY POLICE FORCE. This especially HURTS
because I'm Canada's ONLY HOMELESS political
leader living in a shelter and *CONTINUALLY* being
HARASSED BY THE POLICE as well as being under
*EXTREME* SURVEILLANCE. Needless to say,
I've had MY LAST Ferrero Rocher and WANT EVERYONE
NOW to *BOYCOTT* Ferrero Rocher.
