would be ROUNDED UP

CONCERN
is that mayor-elect Rob Ford
has showed A SERIOUS LACK OF JUDGMENT
by vacationing in the States as he was placed in all likelihood
under 24/7 surveillance by the U.S. Gov't as he's now a Canadian politician
and because, in my judgment, THE TOP PRIORITY of the U.S. Gov't has **ALWAYS
