Crooked Sault Ste Marie Cops

When my maternal grandfather, Émile Desjardins, was
owner of the Rainbow Inns just outside of Sault Ste Marie
around 1930 my mother along with her older brother+
mom had to flee the Sault Ste Marie with him because
the Police had charged him with bootlegging.
My grandfather always bribed the Sault Ste Marie Police.
In turn, the Sault Ste Marie Police would warn him when
they'd come by to inspect the cabins at Rainbow Lake for
booze.
The cops claimed the last time they came that they found
an empty beer bottle under one of the beds+charged my
grandfather.
Before he had to appear in Court, he fled to outside of
Thunder Bay (At that time it was called Port Arthur.) and
worked as a jobber.
He hired men to work as lumberjacks.
He himself worked as a lumberjack with his son and my
Mom who was 13 years old at the time while his wife,
memère, was the cook.
My Mom worked for five (5) years in the bush as a lumberjack.
In fact, she was born in the bush in Pukaskwa National Park
just west of Sault Ste Marie where her dad was working as
a jobber.
What happened?

1. The Sault Ste Marie Police ACCEPTED! BRIBES from my
grandfather: THE POLICE LOVE $$$.
2. They USED ENTRAPMENT by claiming a beer bottle was
found where there was no beer bottle to be found
as my grandfather had made sure of that. THE POLICE
LIED.
ACCEPTING BRIBES, ENTRAPMENT+LYING has been, it
seems a *TRADITION* with City Policing in Canada as far
as I'm concerned+goes hand in hand with 100% CROOKED!
"behind closed doors" Gov't.
This is CROOKED GOV'T - BY DESIGN.
ONE! Solution
===========
Canada has TOO! many police cops: city cops, OPP,
QPP, etc.
What Canada needs is ONE! federal police force that
can be policed by the Canadian intelligence services.

This will result in TREMENDOUS! TAX SAVINGS especially
at the municipal level where OVER! 1/3 of city budgets
are directed towards police services.

BOGUS! POLICING

In Canada the Attorney Generals donN'T go after white
collar crime, the Conrad Blacks, nor after Bay Street
organized crime that are getting nearly all the Gov't
contracts.
Why?
Because the judicial system is NOT going to GET THE
STATS TO GROW THE BUSINESS suspects the ÉPC.
In fact, Canada doesN'T even have a Police force nor
an intellingence agency that looks for crime in the
Gov't.
Therefore, Gov't employees very seldom will go to jail
especially if they are cops known to be criminals like
the Toronto cops that were involved in extorting
restaurant/bar owners. Are they in jail?
GUESS! where CRIME IS RAMPANT.
THE GOVERNMENT.
The problem therefore is THE GOVERNMENT.
The HUMOUR in all this is whenever the Gov't has been
known to act in a criminal fashion like the Walketon
Affair in which the public water supply was seriously
contaminated by E. coli on account of incompetent
municipal officials

Gov't claiming that there was NO! MALICIOUS INTENT.
BOGUS! Judicial System

The Canadian judicial system seems to rely on a MULTI-
BILLION $$$ network of FULL-TIME undercover *dirty*
cops who have PROVED THEIR LOYALTY TO THE POLICE
FORCE by LYING+USING ENTRAPMENT where necessary
in order to ensure HIGHER CONVICTION RATES year after
year.
They are where the Poor+Homeless are: the shelters,
foodbanks, wherever free food is offered (notably by
the churches), but are also where there's is social
housing as tenants+on college+university campuses.
They also criss-cross the country looking for pushers+
hookers.
NOT SURPRISINGLY, this kind of OVERPOLICING IN
ORDER TO GET PHONY CONVICTION RATES results
in EXTREMELY HIGH JUDICIAL COSTS that tend get
OUT OF CONTROL just like hospital costs.
Why?
There is NO! MONITORING OF JUDICIAL COSTS
NOR hospital costs.
In fact, the budget of the Attorney Generals are
TOP SECRET: the Office of the Premier of Ontario
was unable to provide the ÉPC with it+the Attorny
General's Office didn't want to.
Why THE SECRECY?
ONLY IN A POLICE STATE DOES THIS HAPPENS.
Given that the judicial system is run by the FREEMASONS
like the rest of the Canadian bureaucratic system
means CANADA IS NOT A DEMOCRACY because
in a democracy the judicial system is separate+
independent from the rest of the Gov't.
The ÉPC intends to eliminate the FREEMASONS
from Gov't+get rid of the vast network of undercover
cops that OPERATE IN SECRET.
The ÉPC will ensure in the case of ALL! minor court
cases that ONLY CASES IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST
like repeating offender are broght before the Courts
provided they have been given documented warnings+
provided they know the law+ONLY WITH JURY.
The ÉPC believes the Gov't can easily eliminate 2/3
of the jails+2/3 of the judges+put the $$$ saved
into strong social initiatives that will reduce crime.
Seaton House: BOGUS
==================
The shelter that I'm staying at, Seaton House, is
SMACK IN THE MIDDLE of Toronto's drug district.
Ryerson University is a block away+a lap dancing
establishment right at the corner of the street at
George+Dundas.
ALL! the staff in my opinion are aiding+abetting
drug trafficing: they ALL! have to be replaced in
order to put an end to it.
Who runs Seaton House?
The Toronto Police with undercover cops on staff+
living there posing as homeless people: some of
these guys are big WELL-FED BIG! BIG! GUYS
WITH MONEY to buy booze, crack+joints.
In fact, I even had an undercover cop smoke his
joints+crack in my room.
Basically, Seaton House is ALL ABOUT CROOKED
POLICING from A to Z+SCAMMING! SCAMMING!
The staff including the health professionals are
ACTING AS A FRONT for some very serious drug
trafficing on the premises that involves a Toronto
Police drug distribution network, Chinese, Russian
+the least obvious, the Jamaican.
The Jamaicans are the ones - I'm told - that terrorize
the African-Canadian community here in Toronto:
they should be sent back home. By the way, most of
the staff at Seaton House are African Canadian.
Incidentally, there's a retired Gov't guy who leaves
the 4th Floor Harm Reduction Program+goes back
to Trinidad Tobago. Then, he comes back to Seaton
House +goes back to Trinidad Tobago. Now, he's
back at Seaton House A THIRD TIME since I've
been there.
What's going on here?
