ANSWER: Like all other municipalities in Canada it

Toronto averages about 80 murders a year: it's NOT!
a major crime capital.
The Toronto cops like city officials are WHITE! apart
from a few exceptions in allegedly the MOST! MULTI-
ETHNIC CITY in THE! WORLD, why?
Is the City of Toronto RUN! BY CROOKS?
Looks like it.

If they're using Seaton House where I live as a
homeless person to manufacture+distribute
CRACK BECAUSE THE TORONTO POLICE IS

The Toronto Police INSISTS! that construction sites
should have one or MORE! cops CHARGING a $1,500
FLAT FEE per per cop per day: the Toronto Police calls
this COMMERCIALIZING THEIR SERVICES.
So 1/2 the City of Toronto budget is NOT! ENOUGH
for the Toronto cops, they WANT MORE!
This so-called COMMERCIALIZATION OF TORONTO
POLICE SERVICES is **BLATANT EXTORTION** according

registration are OBLIGED! to pay an EXTRA! TAX to
the City of Toronto in order to mitigate against this
LEGED! BUDGET SHORTFALL.

MULTI-BILLION $$$ network of undercover cops whose
purpose was to infiltrate organized crime. Instead, they
are being used in the opion of the ÉPC to OVERPOLICE
the POOR+HOMELESS so that the JUDICIAL SYSTEM can
get HIGHER CONVICTION yearly though crime is going
down yearly: this doesN'T! MAKE SENSE according to
the ÉPC.
The ÉPC will BAN! undercover cops, a SECRET, FASCIST,
POLICE STATE apparatus.
3. INTELLIGNECE SERVICES

Intelligence people jointly with undercover cops
**OVERPOLICE** the POOR+HOMELESS: they're
there with undercover cops wherever the POOR
+HOMELESS are to be found: soups kitchens,
shelters, foodbanks, etc.
They can even found in such major places as grocery
stores+even involved in the operation of such public
places as the Toronto Reference Library in the opinion
of the ÉPC.
Is this necessary?
NO.
Why are intelligence people being put here+there?
Because there is a lot of $$$ put aside for "security
services": $7 BILLION.
The ÉPC will REDUCE! the $7 billion security budget
to less than $1 billion+NOT! have intelligence people
SPREADING THEIR TENTACLES ALL! OVER THE PLACE:
that's JUST PLAIN CRAZY according to the ÉPC, NOT!
to mention a complete WASTE of PUBLIC $$$.
4. CANADA'S *PERVERSE* JUDICIAL SYSTEM

PHONY *illegal* COURT CASES: people (who are
MENTALLY ILL, who did a crime UNDER COMPULSION
due to an addiction, who did NOT! KNOW they broke
the Law or did NOT! INTEND to break the law as in
the case of newly arrived immigrants) are found
*SUMMARILY GUILTY* - BY ONE! JUDGE.
In fact, the judge will NOT! even consider if was
DUE PROCESS was respected that would prevent
*MANY* SENSELESS CASES being brought before
the judiciary.
It is important to note that the Canadian bureaucracy
INCLUDING! the judicial sytem has always been run
by FREEMASONS like any other Commonwealth country:
this means Canada is NOT! a democracy because in a
democracy the judicial system has to be INDEPENDENT!
from the rest of the Gov't.

*REPEATEDLY * STATE that DUE TO A LACK OF FINANCIAL

just DISAPPEAR! *annually*.
The ÉPC will put financial controls in place+*REDESIGN*
GOV'T so that CANADIANS *themselves* can MONITOR
GOV'T SPENDING using the Internet: they will be able to
find out who are the people making financial decisions+
who are the people benefiting from those decisions as
well as who they are all associated with so Canadians
can figure out for themselves what is going on.
6. END OF FISCAL YEAR: $$$ LEFT OVER

Every Gov't department, ministry, organization, agency
SPENDS ITS *ENTIRE!* BUDGET at the end of their fiscal
year: this RESULTS IN *UNNECESSARY* SPENDING+
EVERY Gov't department, ministry, organization, agency
is GUILTY of THIS INSANE! PRACTICE.
The ÉPC will treat unnecessary gov't spending as a
criminal offence: Gov't departments, ministeries,
organizations+agencies will be RANKED+REWARED
according to the money that LEFT OVER in their
budget.
7. HOSPITAL/JUDICIAL COSTS: EXORBITANT!

Hospital/judicial costs are out of control because
they go *UNMONITORED!* by the Gov't.
The ÉPC will NATIONALIZE! health care services.
The ÉPC will also REGIONALIZE ADMINISTRATIVELY
the health care institutions+hopes to eliminate 2/3

Gov't operatives are used to SPY ON GOV'T FINANCED

12. UNNECESSARY! SURVEILLANCE

The UNNECESSARY SURVEILLANCE of individuals like
activists is a POLICE STATE TRADITION in Canada

The ÉPC will require a judge to approve ALL!
surveillance activity only for a SPECIFIC TIME
PERIOD+ONLY WHEN it's absolutely NECESSARY.
The ÉPC believes that visible minority university
graduates are being actively recruited by the Gov't
to spy on their communities+contribute to the
policing of THE POOR/HOMELESS.

13. PPP *SECRET* AGREEMENTS: UNFAIR

PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) agreements garantee
private investors 15%+ RATE OF RETURN on their *RISK
FREE* investment: they have the OWNERSHIP+guess
who is made liable for anything that goes wrong?
The TAXPAYER! is made to assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY
FINANCIALLY in the event anything goes wrong.
The ÉPC will have ALL! PPP agreements RENEGOTIATED
to ENSURE **FAIR TREATMENT** of the taxpayer.
14. SECURITY CERTIFICATES: ILLEGAL

Security certificates are used to put Canadians WITH TIES
ABROAD in jail for refusing to cooperate with the Police.
The ÉPC considers security certificates be be **ILLEGAL**
because Canadians have the RIGHT to FREEDOM OF
MOVEMENT unless they commit a serious crime.
15. AFGHANISTAN WAR: ILLEGAL

Canada spends perhaps as much as $7 billion YEARLY!
on the Afghanistan **CIVIL WAR**.
Because it's a **CIVIL WAR** Canada's position is
ILLEGAL as it has NO! authorization by United Nations
to be there.
The ÉPC will NOT! commit Canada's military to engagements
outside of Canada WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION from the United
Nations.
