Two Criminal Incidents: $10,000

On Xmas Day I entered the building at 4:45 p.m. to use
the 3rd floor public washroom.

ONLY! Several minutes later a security guard came in.
No else, but me was there. I told him not to harass me.
He called his fellow security guards.
I was then told to leave the building.
I said that it was a public place and that I had a right
to be there.
They said that it was a PRIVATE! PLACE owned by PEN
EQUITY and that if I did NOT leave I'd be ARRESTED!
(Arrested for WHAT? I was NOT! damaging property;
I was NOT! bothering any one.)
I was told NOT! to come back or I'd be CHARGED! with
TRESPASSING.
So when I went to sit in the eating court area they
barred me from sitting down by forming a semi-circle
and forcing me to take the elevator down to the
second floor.
I told them to leave me alone.
They kept following me right down to the first floor
always in semi-circle formation ushering me towards
the doors: THEN! I was **PHYSICALLY PUSHED!**
outside of the building onto the street.
The FIRST! CRIMINAL INCIDENT was to BLOCK! me
from sitting down in the Food Court Area which I
have been doing REGULARLY! since the building
opened when a wanted a place to just read a bit.
The SECOND! CRIMINAL INCIDENT was to PHYSICALLY
PUSH! ME out of the building onto the street.
The building may be privately owned, but access
is PUBLIC NOT! PRIVATE. There are no! "DO NOT
TRESPASS" SIGNS - anywhere.
The private security guards acted ILLEGALLY and
CRIMINALLY on behalf of Pen Equity.
I therefore am asking Pen Equity $10,000 in damages.

Did the Toronto Police urge these security guards to
come after me?
What are the chances of that?
VERY HIGH, it seems.
Since coming to Toronto I've had private security
guards harass me in public places: this wasN'T a
first time.
It seems clear to me that the Toronto Police will
SHAMELESSLY use private security guards
**INITIALLY** to go after the Poor and Homeless
who then are charged with TRESPASSING or
LOITERING IN A PUBLIC PLACE or something.
This is GOON! Police State FASCIST policing.
The person charged comes up before a GOON!
judge (or Justice of the Peace) in our kangaroo
system who finds him/her *automatically* GUILTY,
FINED, and JAILED - I suspect.
This is ILLEGAL because NO! HARM was done;
there was NO! CRIMINAL INTENT.
Yet! It *seems* to be **STANDARD** POLICE
and JUDICIAL PRACTICE.
Do the religious authorities DENOUNCE! this
ABUSIVE POLICE STATE FASCIST PRACTICE?
No.
The Canadian Media - perhaps?
No.
Why NOT?
Because it constitutes a CLEAR! ABUSE of GOV'T
AUTHORITY and DEFINES! Canada as a FASCIST!
Police State.
No! **DEMOCRATIC** STATE has the RIGHT TO
HARASS its citizens: it's *intrinsically* MORALLY
ABERRANT and REPREHENSIBLE: it DELEGITIMIZES!

THE PROBLEM: FASCIST! POLICE STATE

Canada has TOO! MANY POLICE FORCES:
RCMP, provincial, and city.
It can be alleged that Canadian City Police Forces
are SO WELL! PAID (starting at $70,000 a year
with an overtime pay scale range of $65 to $125
an hour for the lowly cop depending on seniority)
that they are addicted to $$$.
Each year they **DEMAND!** UNJUSTIFIED BUDGET
INCREASES and the hiring of MORE! COPS which
translates into MORE $$$ for the Ontario Police
Association.
The Police do NOT! allow their budgets to be debated
EVER! This is GANGSTER ISM!
The end result in Toronto is that 1/2! 1/2! 1/2! of the
City of Toronto budget goes to the Police: that does
NOT! make any sense.
Any FINES the Police charge is EXTRA! $$$ goes into
THEIR! pockets.
The City of Toronto is *ALLOWING* the Toronto Police
to COMMERCIALIZE! their services: wherever there is
a construction site the Toronto Police are INSISTING!
that one (1) OR MORE! cops have to be there for A
FLAT FEE of $1,500 per cop - apparently.
And technically, COPS ARE ABOVE THE LAW because
they seldom if ever go to jail.
Put all that together and what do you have?
SEATON HOUSE!
Seaton House is a men's shelter run by the Police of
Toronto (Officially, the City of Toronto runs the place.),
but in reality it SERVES AS A FRONT for SERIOUS DRUG
TRAFFICKING - CRACK - made ON SITE and distributed
to criminal drug networks as far as I am concerned.
The 4th Floor Harm Reduction Program is a BOGUS
PROGRAM of 200 clients.
THE POOR and HOMELESS like myself are in the minority:
we serve as A FRONT for the cops that live there that
have either a CRACK/POT problem or want to make
EXTRA $$$ on the distribution side of things.
The cops run the place: the staff treats them with kid
gloves making a point to address them by name.
They tend to have good haircuts, lots of $$$ to go
out drinking, all sorts of clothes, cell phones, laptops,
etc.
By way of contrast, the homeless like myself have hardly
anything and WE ARE GIVEN *TOKEN* CONSIDERATION
in comparison to the cops on the floor.
It is clear from what I can see that the DRUG BUSINESS
at Seaton House is HIGHLY VALUED BY THE TORONTO
POLICE because it GENERATES REVENUE 24/7.
What's gong to be done about this?
Nothing.
The Gov't let's the Police do what they want: they can
shoot to kill when it's not necessary; they can taser
people to death like that RCMP incident at the Vancouver
Airport: it really doesN'T matter.
The ÉPC believes IT DOES! MATTER.
The ÉPC is proposing ONE NATIONAL POLICE FORCE:
the Canadian Police Force (CPF) **MONITORED** by
