Subject: "What ... ETHICS? Iggy SELLS OUT
            to Harper to enjoy summer, weekly
            Government cheque, while BOTH!
            major political parties SHUT OUT
            the jobless who get WHAT?" asks
            the President/Party Leader of the
            É(eh)PC (Égalité Party of Canada)

Evidence of budget stimulus spending suggests
it's ONLY TRICKLING.

Jobless #'s: STAGGERING!
=====================
In March 2009 Statistics Canada reported that
there were 681,400 Canadians receiving em-
ployment insurance (EI).

Since only 58% of the unemployed in Canada
get EI according to Statistics Canada that
means (681,400 x 1.42) ... were recently un-
employed.

This number does NOT include those who
were on EI last year and have NOT yet found
a job.

Ken Georgetti, Canadian Labour Congress
President, says: "We have now lost 406,000
full-time jobs since October 2008, and 1.55
million Canadians are unemployed." This
translates into one (1) in 12 Canadians
being unemployed.

The jobless will be forced to fend for them-
selves due to lack of Government help while
Canadians politicians enjoy their summer
holidays at the cottage sunning themselves
and barbecuing: ENJOYING THE GOOD
LIFE on the taxpayer's dime.

Meanwhile, the unemployment picture WILL
BE GETTING WORSE due to continued
depressed business conditions.

MESSAGE: CANADIAN POLITICIANS 2JOBLESS
=======================================
EAT DOG BISCUITS! ... you dogs.

You don't count ... anymore ...
CUZ YOU ARE POOR.

BOO HOO! for you.

Our hearts really bleeds for you.

Really ... .

NAW!

Just kidding.

2nd Progress Report
================
Stephen Harper said on Thursday June 11th
80% of the $29.4 billion in stimulus spending
has been rolled out according to the 234 page
economic progress report regarding the
Government's Economic Action Plan outlined
in the January 27th 2009 budget.
http://www.actionplan.gc.ca/eng/feature.asp?pageId=113

Finance Minister Jim Flaherty calls the
Gov't stimulus effort "an unprecedented
accomplishment".

Specifics?
=======
The GLARING problem with this 2nd quarterly
report card is THE LACK OF SPECIFICS: it
is INFORMATIONALLY INADEQUATE and
therefore, misleading. It does NOT specify
HOW MUCH $$$ has been spent on which
projects SPECIFICALLY NOR how many
jobs have been created.

How many jobs were created?

The Prime Minister's parliamentary
secretary, Pierre Poilieve, says "lots
of jobs".

Can this be verified?

NO!

Surely, all those jobless Canadians whose
Employment Insurance is up would like to
know.

Parents doN'T like getting report cards
regarding their children's progress in
school without specifics.

Neither do Canadians when it comes
to the spending of their hard earned
$$$s.

Useless
======
If the 234 page report canNOT be
verified, it's USELESS according
to the ÉPC.

Besides, it's NOT OBVIOUS that 80%
of the $$$ is being spent.

The Liberal Party of Canada Leader,
Michael Ignatieff, said he wanted to
mull it over: "What's the right way for
 the country? That's what I'll be
asking myself tonight."
arrow

Yet, he said what he heard at the
Federation of Canadian Munici-
palities June 5th to June 8th 2009
meeting in Whistler, BC, was the
mayors and councilors asking:
 "Where is the $$$?"

NDP leader, Jack Layton, says:
 "The fact is that the $$$ is NOT
flowing."

What is there to mull over?

The Gov't is BLOWING SMOKE.

So what's going on?

Scary!!!
=====
The SCARY PART is that BILLIONS
are being GIVEN to colleges and uni-
versities under the Knowledge Infra-
structure Fund when Canadians have
no idea who owns them as they are
privately owned like the hospitals in
Canada.

We don't know what percentage is
going to US businesses?

We canNOT speculate to what extent
Bay Street Organized Crime and the
Hells Angels (that supposedly runs the
City of Toronto, Toronto Police along
with other cities and their respective
municipal Police forces) are benefiting
from the stimulus spending.

The ÉPC suspects THE MAIN BENE-
FACTOR of the budget is ORGANIZED
CRIME, but also MANY AMERICAN
COMPANIES which is ironic because
Americans are shutting Canadians out
in the States thanks to a rise in protec-
tionism - once again.

Voting NO!
========
The Bloc Québécois and the NDP are
going to oppose the Gov't spending
estimates on Friday, June 19th because
they do NOT believe the Gov't is com-
petent and canNOT be trusted to con-
tinue given THE VAGUENESS of the
234 page report.

The focus of the report is NOT THE
UNEMPLOYED NOR SMALL BUSI-
NESSES which generate 80% of the
jobs.

Consequently, the ÉPC believes the
stimulus spending by the Gov't MISSES
THE MARK because it's WAY OFF
TARGET.

As a result, the ÉPC believes that
Mr. Harper's Gov't has BETRAYED
THE UNEMPLOYED who will suffer
tremendous hardships: lost of their
homes, their cars, and their families
due to marital breakups.

Election, of course?
==============
The question is whether the 234 page
report card is BAD ENOUGH to plunge
the country into a summer election
eight (8) months after the October
2007 election.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper said
regarding a provoked election: "The
only thing that can get us off course
is needless political instability."

Off course?

What course?

Do Canadians know what course
he's on?

NO!!!

Allegedly, he has NO VISION: so
what course is he on?

Maybe a good astrologer knows,
but Canadians doN'T and apparently,
neither does his political party.

Liberals: No Economic Plan
====================
The KEY QUESTION is this: how
different would a Liberal Party
Government be given that the
Liberals doN'T have an alternative
economic plan?

THE PROBLEM is the Liberal
Party Leader, Michael Ignatieff,
has NOT said he would do any-
thing any different from Prime
Minister Harper.

Therefore, can the Liberal Party
Leader possibly justify a second
election in less than a year?

NO!!!

Most certainly NOT!

Does that make any sense?

NO!!!

Most certainly NOT!

Mr. Ignatieff, Mr Harper: Opportunists?
===========================
Mr. Ignatieff, like Mr. Harper, you both
seem to want to get as many Gov't
cheques under your belt as you can
and enjoy the summer at the cottage
sunning yourselves, barbecuing,
throwing back a few brews.

Life couldN'T be better for you guys,
now could it?
arrow

What about the 1.5+ million jobless,
eh?

They doN'T count?

1.5+ million jobless in need of
Gov't help?

1.5+ MILLION!

Oppose, But Avoid an Election
========================
Mr. Ignatieff has made it clear that
he's Leader of the Loyal Opposition:
he's there to oppose the Gov't.

However, he's NOT willing to
oppose the Gov't if it means
an election.

That could cost him dearly.

Cake
====
Mr. Ignatieff and Mr. Harper want
to have their cake and eat it too.

BOTH! will collect their Gov't cheque
at the end of the day.

No employment insurance for them
YET!

Their SYMBIOTIC UNION, though
legal is certainly NOT healthy for
the bleeding Canadian taxpayer.

Don't!
====
The ÉPC, therefore, feels that it's
really NOT worth while for Canadians
to put themselves out and vote for
more of the same.

NEITHER the Liberal Party of
Canada NOR the Conservative
Party of Canada deserves the
confidence of Canadians.

Why bother to vote for the devil
you know instead of the devil
you doN'T know when you doN'T
have to, eh?

Consequently, the É(eh)PC
urges Canadians to stay home
on Election Day when it even-
tually comes to protest BAD
Gov't (if they caN'T vote for
the ÉPC).
