as recommended by Senator Croll's Report on Poverty 
in the early 1970s would be an important step in putting
an end to poverty in Canada.

Promises! Promises!
===============
Paul Martin was QUICK! with the promises, but when it
came to delivering on them he blamed it on the SLOW 
GOVERNMENT BUREACRACY.

Prime Minister Harper did the same then promissing 
farmers financial relief. 

They showed up n Parliament Hill on Canada Day, July 1st, 
to remind him that they did NOT get the financial relief pro-
mised.  

It's as if POOR CANADIANS are being PENALIZED 
intentionally by being madeto wait for Government help
because they canNOT contribute any money to the 
coffers of the political party in power.

Kickbacks!

What did we learn from the Gomery Commission? 

People got money/contracts from the Government 
ONLY IF they they gave a KICKBACK to the Party 
in power. 

And now with the Conservative Party is in power, 
it appears THEY TOO want to respect this you-
scratch-my-back-and-I'll-scratch-yours tradition
DIRTY! DIRTY! Canadian politics.

Apparently, Prime Minister was SO GOOD! TO 
HIS PARTY ON PATRONAGE APPOINTMENTS,
that he asked his party to be paid $200,000.

Whether it was former Prime Minister Mulroney
getting a BIG! RETAINER FEE or those enmeshed 
in the Liberal Party of Canada Quebec Ad Scam, 
getting KICKBACKS, they preferred CASH! in an 
envelope preferably "delivered personally" at a ritzy 
restaurant - THAT'S CLASS!

Who involved in the Quebec Ad Scam went to jail? 

Who involved in the Quebec Ad Scam paid Revenue 
Canda for taxes earned on their undisclosed income.

Even though Brian Mulroney got a SPECIAL DEAL
with Revenue Canada when it came to his HUGH! 
RETAINER FEE, at least he did pay SOME! taxes.

Are the Police, Revenue Canada, and  judicial system 
doing their job when dealing with crooked bureaucrats 
who do NOT! go to jail? 

NO!

Did Revenue Canada go knocking at doors of those 
involved in the Quebec Ad Scam who got hundreds of 
MILLIONS of $$$ in UNDISCLOSED REVENUE?

But yet, Revenue Canada emptied the bank account 
of the President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of 
Canada in November 2005 alleging back taxes of
over 10 ago when he was a university student paying 
tax-deductive support payments to his ex-wife and
garnished 25% of his meager $10 an hour wage.

Revenue Canada has been charging 8% compound 
interest and adding financial late penalities on top of 
the alleged $$$ owed.

That's NOT the working of an "abusive" FASCIST 
POLICE STATE GOVERNMENT? 

It's certainlyl NOT! FAIR TREATMENT.

Moral Duty

Nevertheless, the Canadian Government has A MORAL 
DUTY to eliminate poverty to the extent it caN'T, but
doesN'T even try.
 

Same Old? Same Old?

Is the Stephen Harper Conservative Government ANY
DIFFERENT than the former Paul Martin Liberal 
Government? 

Looks a lot like SAME OLD, SAME OLD **do-nothing**
government.

War, WHY? The Cost?

So what does Prime Minister Harper do INSTEAD?

His Government spends BILLIONS! and BILLIONS!
of dollars in fighting a SENSELESS! WAR over 
in a remote foreign country, Afghanistan, that HAS
NOTHING TO DO WITH CANADA.

Canadians are NOT! even TOLD HOW MUCH the
Government of Canada spends on this senseless
war and does NOT! SAY WHY we have to be there. 

D-I-R-T-Y! Dirty! Government

Can a government that REFUSES! to **adequately**
look after the Poor+Homeless be LEGITIMATE?

NO! 

That's D-I-R-T-Y! DIRTY! Government.

Want ... PROOF?

Before Parliament adjourned this summer our FAT!
parliamentarians SHAMELESSLY! *BELLIED UP*
TO THE PUBLIC TROUGH (slurp! slurp!) and gave
themselves ANOTHER! pay increase.

 A GOOD FEED at the PUBLIC TROUGH will
keep them CONTENT and PLIABLE like THE
DOUGH BOY by the CROOKS! that run the 
SYSTEM like a FASCIST! POLICE STATE
in secret "behind closed doors".

Who are the Canadian politicians *really* 
looking after? 

THEMSELVES! 
 

FAT! Politicians, the EMACIATED! Poor
=============================
The working poor CANNOT! survive on mininum 
wage.

Only 58% of Canadian who pay  Employment
Insurance get EI.

A person on social assistance in Ontario gets
$535 a month MAXIMUM! to pay his food, 
rent, and necessities.

S/he will get LESS if his/her rent is less than
$350.

That amount canNOT even pay the rent for a 
bachelor apartment!

If they have themselves declared "mentally
ill" they can $900 a month, but has to take 
$800 of psychiatric medication monthly that
will RUIN! their health in the long run, but
profit the psychiatrists.

TOTAL COST to the taxpayer for this kind 
of LEGITIMATE RACKETEERING is $1700 
per person.

Consequently, the poor have SCRAWNY
EMACIATED, BODIES and POOR HEALTH.

Being NOT! sound of body and mind will
generate TREMENDOUS! SOCIAL COSTS
in terms of health costs, Police costs, court
costs, social services costs.

Do our FAT-CAT parliamentarians CARE?

Wealth R-e-d-i-s-t-r-i-b-u-t-i-o-n

The PRIME RESPONSIBILITY of SOUND!
government is WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION.

So WHY is the wealth of Canada, the 2nd
LARGEST COUNTRY in the world, NOT!
being redistributed?
