Toronto POLICE EXTORTION! The budget of the Toronto
Police is $800 million dollars: over 1/3 of the property
tax goes to pay for this. To raise more $$$ the Toronto
Police is "commercializing" their services. (Something the
Montreal Police said they plan to do to in a classic case
of MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO.) Wherever their is a
construction or a business moving furniture onto the
street the Toronto Police Force obliges Toronto businesses
to pay for the services of one or more cops. There is
absolutely NOT! NECESSARY and there is NO BENEFIT
to the businesses that can justify this cost and the
FLAT RATE CHARGED for the services of one City cop
is apparently $1,500! THIS IS EXTORTION. TORONTO
POLICE CHIEF Blair should RESIGN! over this.

It REALLY SEEMS that the Toronto Police are involved in
the manufacture+distribution of CRACK around Seaton
House on George Street, one street over from Jarvis
where Ryerson University is+where I'm under semi-Police.
There seems to be THREE (3)! DRUG DISTRIBUTION
NETWORKS - WORKING SIDE BY SIDE: the Russian, the
Chinese involving Chinese intelligence people+Toronto
Chinese undercover cops+THE BIGGEST is run by the
Toronto Police, themselves, who run Seaton House+uses
their undercover cops there to make sure EVERYTHING
RUNS SMOOTHLY. In front of Seaton House are 12 bikes,
guys are given a backpack+off they go. Neil House, beside
Seaton House, has a guy go out every so often. VERY!
*SCARY* STUFF! In fact, I'm told CRACK HEADS coming
out of jail are offered PRIORITY HOUSING as an ADDED
PERK for delivering drugs. The City of Toronto and the
Toronto Police Force - in my opinion - are CLEARLY 100%

Now, I've been told by an insider friend that drug activity
has been low on the street and some are attributing that
to me being there. It so happens that the psychiatric staff
the last few days are insisting that a talk to a psychiatrist
if I want to continue to stay there. What NONSENSE! I was
taken at midnight in September 2007 from my bed on the
2nd Floor where the transients are and where I had been
since July 25th 2007 and put on the 4th Floor in the so-called
Harm Reduction Program in a room with undercover cops.
On the floor there are undercover cops all over the place
including a few ODD undercover Police psychiatrists: all this
NEEDLESS NONSENSE at the Canadian taxpayers' expense.
This is NO WAY to spend Canadian taxpayers' $$$.
