I was SHOCKED!
I had NO! $$$ to buy food NOR pay the rent.
The reason given by Revenue Canada was backtaxes owed
OVER 10+ YEARS AGO when I was at University.
I spoke with the people in John McCallum's Office when he
was the Minister of Revenue over+over INCLUDING calling
Prime Minister Paul Martin's Office. I called for WEEKS!
Even my MP+North Bay École Secondaire Algonquin high
school +Ottawa University buddy, Mauril Bélanger, could
do NOTHING for! me.
I even met with the Canada Revenue collections person
who told me that there was NOTHING! she could do because
the decision was POLITICALLY MOTIVATED+came from HIGH
UP in the Gov't.
For the Gov't to *intentionally* HARM someone is BOTH
MALICIOUS+ILLEGAL in TORT LAW.
Luckily, I has been working 12+hour days for several
weeks and was getting a cheque from my employer
that allowed me to pay my rent+buy food.
This "supposed" authority on finance and well-regarded
member of the Liberal Party of Canada is a SCUM BAG
as far as I'm concern given how his department ABUSED
ME *ILLEGALLY* by taking ALL! my $$$.
Mr. Paul Martin REFUSED! to HELP

What did Prime Minister Paul Martin do for me- after
*repeated* phone calls to his office?
NOTHING.
For me, this is JUST ANOTHER! Liberal Party of Canada
SCUM BAG.
YET! when I was a member of the Liberal Party of Canada
+he was NOT! YET prime minister he sent me a Xmas card
annually.
Why?
Because he's a nice guy?
Here's a guy who was nine (9) years as Finance Minister
from 1993 till 2002+three (3) years as Prime Minister from
December 12, 2003 till February 6, 2006, spending a TOTAL
of 12 years in Cabinet, who did pretty much NOTHING! for
the First Nation Peoples EXCEPT give them Aboriginal Day
in June which is NOT! even a national holiday, a meaningless
symbolic gesture of PRETENDING TO CARE in my view.
He was behind the "so-called" $5 billion-over-10-years
Novermber 2003 Kamloops Accord for First Nations *IF*
RE-ELECTED: he or his party claimed that it was NOT! a
LAST MINUTE LAST-DITCH affair, NO SIREE!
1.5 years - supposedly - went into that accord.
Really?
I DOUBT IT.
Last year in Toronto he said that NOW! (that he's NO!
LONGER! in office) HIS NUMBER ONE CONCERN is First
Nation Peoples NOW! that he's NOT in the Gov't and
caN'T doing anything for them.
Talk about bing a comedian.
HOW FUNNY IS THIS? NOT? QUITE? VERY?
It strikes me as *CLASSIC* LIBERAL PARTY OF CANADA
BULLSHIT like the GREEN TAX thanks to the GREEN SHIFT.

First Égalité Political Meeting: October 4th 2004

The fist ÉPC political meeting was held at 6 p.m. on
October 4th in Caramel Cuts, an African-Canadian barber
shop, on Dalhousie between Besser+Rideau in Ottawa,
Canada's capital thanks to Terrrance, the barber from
Barbados.
In attendence among the 15+ people - except for a
white guy getting his hair cut that I took to be an
undercover cop - were all African-Canadians.
After talking to everyone and many indicating they were
excited about joining, an older "Uncle Tom" African-
Canadian told them - with authority - to keep their $2
in their pockets+NOT! join.
Today, I suspect he, too, PROBABLY! was an undercover
cop.
Being in Toronto for over a year I've come to understand
that a very high percentage of undercover cops are African-
Canadians in order to deal with the gun crime.
It seems that the motivation behind emptying my bank
account by Revenue Canada had EVERYTHING! TO DO
with this meeting.
Caramel Cuts was FORCED TO CLOSE+open across the
street under a new name+Terrance was NOT! allowed
to work there.
DAMN!

I wrote a letter in English+another in French to Justice
Minister Cutler that I PERSONALLY DELIVERED them to
his 3rd Floor on the West Block office on Parliament Hill
August 14th 2004.
I pointed out that I was given $648 in Unemployment
Insurance monthly, BUT! Family Support took half of
that leaving me with ONLY! $324 to live on for the month
which is MUCH LESS than the $535 someone on social
assistance (welfare) gets.
I pointed out that this was senseless, heartless, immoral+
ILLEGAL because it CONTRAVENED! Article 228 of the
Canadian Criminal Code, Criminal Negligence, Killing of
the Mind, and Section 7 (The Government promises to
look after our security.) and Section 12 (It promises to
protect us from cruel and unusual punishment.) of the
Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

HIS RESPONSE was to send me a several hundred page
document with a cover sheet that said IT WAS THE LAW!
In the 1930's any First Nation or Inuit women who entered
the hospital FOR WHATEVER REASON she was NOT! to
live without HAVING HER TUBES TIED so she could NO!
LONGER HAVE CHILDREN.
THAT WAS THE LAW!
Incidentally, Australia implemented this same law at the
same time.
For me, this guy is MORE! than JUST ANOTHER! Liberal
Party of Canada SCUM BAG.
To my way of seeing things, he represents a 100%
CROOKED JUDICIAL SYSTEM that puts mentally ill people,
people who committed crime under compulsion,+people
who *UNKNOWINGLY* committed a crime with NO CRIMINAL
INTENT.
THAT'S ILLEGAL!
THAT'S HOW THE SYSTEM GETS ITS HIGHER CONVICTION
RATES annually.
THAT'S TAXPAYER! FRAUD.

that the Liberal Party of Canada is a CROOKED+in my

If you doN'T know where the money is going in the Gov't,
if you doN'T know who the people making the financial
decisions are+who they are associated with OUTSIDE the
Gov't, if you doN'T knowwho is benefitting from those
decisions and who they are all associated with, THEN
DON'T VOTE because the Gov't does NOT! DESERVE
YOUR VOTE OF CONFIDENCE.
The ÉPC (Égalité Party of Canada) will ENSURE! that you
are provided withe that VITAL INFORMATION so you can
JUDGE FOR YOURSELF what is going on in YOUR! Gov't.
Right NOW! *nearly* EVERYTHING IS DONE - IN SECRET -
BEHIND CLOSED DOORS: this is a SERIOUS DESIGN
FLAW according to the ÉPC.
With GOOD! DESIGN Gov't corruption that will NOT! go
unnoticed.
With GOOD! DESIGN you'll be able to have CONFIDENCE
in the Gov't as you'll be able to CHECK FOR YOURSELF
- using the Internet - what is going on financially.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE $$$: where it goes TELLS THE
STORY.
From what I can tell right now THE $$$ goes FIRST to
the Police+judicial system whose COSTS ARE OUT OF
CONTROL because Canada is a POLICE STATE.
Right now ONLY! the Auditor Generals can check on
what the Gov't is doing.
With GOOD! DESIGN you can have CLEAN! Gov't
which is what the ÉPC is proposing.
Pychological Harassment by the Gov't

This past Monday, on the 4th Floor of the Seaton House
(shelter for men) where the Gov't put me an *unknown*
psychiatrist came up to me, Dr. Rowe, and said she'd like
to talk to me.
By the way, there's just one psychiatrist and a few others
come in to "treat" EX-CONS who learned that having
yourself declared "mentally ill" will get you sympathy
from THE SYSTEM.
The problem is that they have to take "their medication"
three times a day and have to see a pyschiatrist weekly.
Incidentally, their medication costs the taxpayers $800+
a month.
In my opinion IT'S A REAL CON GAME AT THE TAXPAYERS'
EXPENSE, but that's THE SYSTEM typical of a secretive,
abusive, behind closed door Police State Gov't that we
have - that SHUTS the People OUT.
I told her to put her request in writing+I'd consider it.
I was nice about it.
THIS IS POLICE STATE HARASSMENT AT ITS WORST!
NO! CANADIAN who creates a well-thought-out
BILINGUAL! political party to MAKE CANADA STRONG+
FREE should have to put up with this kind of BULL!
SHIT.
