To get EXTRA! $$$, the Toronto Police are now "commer-
cializing" their services at a FLAT CHARGE - I under-
stand - of $1,500 per cop wherever there's a construction
site.
In fact, if a business moves furniture onto the street *THAT*
requires a cop as well as $1,500 a shot.
(Incidentally, Montreal Police said last year in September 2007
that they plan to follow Toronto Police's lead after they were
forced to reduce their budget by $20 million. Their budget is
around $500+ MILLION.)
*THAT'S* what?
EXTORTION.
A DUMBASS! Toronto Cop like *ALL* OTHER city cops in
Canada starts about $80,000 while an RCMP starts at
$50,000.
Why the differential? $30,000

$$$ as 1/2 of his/her salary through *PHONY* OVER-
TIME apparently.

called into the room.
I refused to talk to him. I went to Montreal
and stayed at Place d'Acceuil for a week
before coming back to Seaton House as
NO OTHER SHELTER WAS ALLOWED
TO TAKE ME IN.
In late September at midnight I was taken from the
2nd Floor where *ALL* the transients are and put
on the 4th Floor which is the Harm Reduction Floor.
