Égalité Party of Canada President/Party Leader finds 
*2nd* SPY-cam in his apartment installed several years 
ago to replace the one he had for NO reason by the land-
lord or so he thought.

He wants to know what's the JUSTIFICATION for this BIG
BROTHER MENTALITY of the Government of Canada.

He wants TO BE COMPENSATED for THIS ABUSE.

Though the RCMP REFUSES to investigate the installation
of the 1st 1cm diameter camera he found and the libelous
behavior of Gov't agents who ATTACK HIM ONLINE he will
* AGAIN* call for a *FULL* RCMP INVESTIGATION.

He AGAIN wants Prime Minister Paul Martin to *STOP
HARASSING* him and asks *AGAIN* that the Governor
General tells Prime Minister Paul Martin to STOP HARAS-
SING him.

He *AGAIN* is sending the Press Release to the Governor
General at info@gg.ca *FOR - IMMEDIATE - ACTION*.


HISTORY OF GOV'T ABUSE
======================
1. The Gov't sends the Ottawa Police 4-person psychiatric unit with
     stretcher and oxygen tank to his apartment door on April 27th 2005.
     Police have NOT responded to *OFFICIAL* complaint.

2. Gov't FREEZES his bank account and EMPTIES it claiming
     back taxes of a decade ago even though he has earned
     LESS THAN $13,500 in 2005 and LIVES *BELOW* 
     THE POVERTY LINE.

3. GOV'T AGENTS *repeatedly* take his postings to Newsgroups
    OFFline or comment them in a libelous manner clearly in order to
    intimidate and harass.

4. Égalité Party Leader finds 1cm-diameter camera in living room
    ceiling on January 1st 2006. He found roof tiles directly above
    his apartment ceiling where the camera was found were osten-
    tatiously removed.

5. Égalité Party Leader finds Spytronic camera hidden in fire detector,
    model SPT-CAM-015-A found on the following Web page
    http://www.spytronic.ca/en/?page=details&product_id=SPT-CAM-015-A
    installed in his ceiling outside his bathroom TODAY! It had been
    there already for several years. No one else in the apartment
    building seems to have it. It replaced a previous one he had
    for NO PARTICULAR REASON. He came home one day and
    this NEW ONE was there. NO EXPLANATION was ever given
    for the replacement which he did NOT request.


Background Info
================
Kenneth Selin has FIVE university degrees from the
University of Ottawa and is a multilingual "magna cum
laude" university graduate and ALMOST FIVE others.

After working NINE (9) years at the Senate of Canada
he was able to singlehandedly get the Public Service
Alliance of Canada on Parliament Hill in 1984 though
he still lost his job as a result of wrong-ful dismissal.

He is currently developing an Internet business from
which he has ONLY earned $10 in 2005.
