The Police will never go after CROOKED GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES 
(They are apparently exempt from prosecution.), but will go after thousands 
of innocent people namely the homeless, poor, and even the mentally ill as 
in the case of James Brian, a 30-year psychiatric patient that was taken 
from the Ottawa mental institution for trying to bite someone on the head 
and put in a detention for over a year and died their from a head wound. 
What GOVERNMENT HYPOCRISY!

In fact, there is no police force nor intelligence agency that looks for crime 
in the Government.


Arbitrary Arrests

These innocent people who often don't even that they've broken the law 
are arrested very often WITHOUT DUE PROCESS and found to be guilty 
arbitrarily by a judge without the benefit of having a jury who wound find 
them innocent based on the fact that there's reasonable doubt that there 
was no criminal intent. The judges base their decisions on disclosure 
reports whose veracity is often very questionable and more than suspect.

The fact that there is no respect for the need for due process by the judges
makes the arrests arbitrary and suggest that they are State-motivated and
that those arrested had been already "targeted" by the System for jail.


Judicial Fraud?

What's happening?

It seems that the Police and the judiciary are intentionally working to 
essentially commit judicial fraud in order to generate unnecessarily 
high case loads whose effect is to bilk taxpayers out of billions of 
dollars on cases that little merit if no merit according to the the

Double Standard

The fact that people break the law should NOT automatically justify 
the laying of charges that cost the taxpayers billions of dollars

He believes the evidence suggest that the reason for so many bogus 
charges lies in the fact that it's good business for the Police, Crown 
Attorneys' Offices, and the judges.

Such HYPOCRITICAL, OPPRESSIVE POLICING of 20% of the 
Canadian population who are poor and often belong to a visible 
minority and perhaps Muslim is NOT BALANCED POLICING, 
but TARGET POLICING where the Police will target certain
individuals and minorities like they historically have done with 
the Nation First Peoples and the statistics suggest still do 
especially First Nation women.

The President/Party Leader of Canada claims to be a victim of 
such dirty Policing tactics when the Police sent their 4-person 
psychiatric team to his apartment door with an oxygen tank and 
stretcher in order to have him incarcerated in the Ottawa mental
institution, the Royal Ottawa Hospital in April 2005. (See the

This CO-ORDINATED LYING BY THE POLICE DEMONSTRATE

Prior Unlawful Incarceration in Mental Institution
====================================
When the President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of Canada 
realized that his wife had been raped and sexually exploited at her 
place of work, he told her to go to the Police and lay charges. Her 
boss, the Head of the Psychology Department at the Rehabilitation 
Centre that was part of the Ottawa mental institution, the Royal 
Ottawa Hospital, obliged her to have him incarcerated for a 30-
day psychiatric examination.

To this very day she fears talking to him and even seeing him for 
fear of losing her job and that is the real reason, he feels, she keeps 
her children from seeing him.

He insists that she must go ahead and lay those charges.


The Relationship between Government Corruption 
and Sexual Exploitation of Women

Interestingly, her boss, the Head of the Psychology Department 
at the Rehabilitation Centre was referring patients from the Rehab 
to his private practice just down the road. This allowed him to be 
paid by the Province for TWO JOBS AT ONCE.

He even asked the wife the President/Party Leader of the Égalité 
Party of Canada if she would also work at his private practice as 
well as at the Rehab. He pointed out to her that she was not his 
employee, but an employee of the Rehab. How crooked is that?!

Will he ever be charged? How many people are doing what he's 
doing: abusing the Health Care System in this way? Can he be 
the only one? Or is there A FULL BLOWN CULTURE OF 
CORRUPTION that allows for this sort of thing? What do you

After working nine (9) years on Parliament Hill where all sexual 
exploitation was consensual (For example, a University girl 
"agrees" to be part-time mistress to an member of Parliament
or a Senator and a secretary.) and having worked on 70+ temp 
assignments in over 20+ Government Departments through 15+
temp agencies over a decade in the Government, the President/

that in those Government departments WHERE THERE IS A LOT

What's horrific is the fact that the 60+ temp agencies know about 
it and say nothing and THE RELIGIOUS LEADERS OF **ALL** 
FAITHS SAY NOTHING.

raised the issue with his parish and the Ottawa Catholic Church, 
his marriage was annulled after eight (8) years of deliberation and 
after his case had been sent to the Catholic Church in Rome all this 
because the local bishop refused to personally look into this very 
serious matter and even refused to talk to him. Taking the matter 
to the Vatican's Pro Nuncio he was finally able to speak to Bishop 
O'Brian who refused to get involved. He even brought the matter
to the attention of the CanadianConference of Catholic Bishops
who were TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE.

The irony of the non-involvement by the local Catholic Church is 
that the majority of the women being victimized are Catholics. It 
appears to him that the local Catholic clerics prefer to BUSY 
THEMSELVES PLAYING CHURCH rather than get involve in 
real matters negatively impacting on Catholics like having to 
commit adultery at work as a condition of continued employment.
He sees them as VERY WICKED PEOPLE who are sanctimonious 
freeloaders disconnected from reality.


False Disclosure Report: 
Libel, a Criminal Offense
===================
Here is a case in point. There's a judicial disclosure report (See it 
online at the bottom of the Web page @ http://www.eh-ok.ca/
GOOGLE/smear.htm) regarding the President and Party Leader 
of the Égalité Party of Canada put together at the behest of the Crown 
Attorney in which his ex-wife claims he's suffering from dementia, an 
unsupported, unsubstantiated heinous allegation that clearly constitutes 
libel. The Police defends the report saying that they are NOT the ones 
making such a claim, but that his ex-wife is.

The fact that it is NOT true and they put her up to it and that it 
constitutes libel, a criminal offense, is of no concern to them 
according to Sergeant Spicer of the Ottawa Police Standards
Branch. Is this NOT ANOTHER TYPICAL GOON POLICING 
CHARACTERISTIC of a POLICE STATE?

Let's not forget it's the Crown Attorney's office that asked his 
ex-wife to commit libel.

Do we not have here A CLASSIC CASE OF CRIMINAL 
COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE 
CROWN ATTORNEYS' OFFICE?

Is this how innocent people who nearly always DENIED 
THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW are found guilty before 
a judge (without jury) who hands down a guilty verdict 
based on a false disclosure report involving the FABRICATION 
OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE TO ENSURE A GUILTY 
VERDICT.

Is this NOT how the Government TARGETS certain 
people and minorities for jail?

The "OTHER" Police DISCLOSURE REPORTS

Police Terrorism: The Targeting 
of Canadians by the Police

When THE STATE USES IT POLICE AND JUDICIAL 
APPARATUS as Canada does TO TARGET CERTAIN 
PEOPLE AND MINORITIES like has always been doing 
regarding the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit FOR JAIL,
there exists a DE FACTO POLICE STATE.

It was especially evident when Prime Minister Trudeau 
declared a state of martial law that people in the Province 
of Quebec had been targeted by the Police long before
the declaration of martial law. Does the Canadian 
Government continue to target people to this day? 
The President /Party Leader of the Égalité Party of
Canada believes that this continues to be A STANDARD 
PRACTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA and 
claims to be targeted by the Government for jail.

Typically, the preferred targets of the Canadian Police 
Forces are the poor and homeless because they tend 
to be too afraid to denounce the Police and consequently 
it's NOT surprising that they makeup a DISPROPORTIONATE 
PART of prison population.

This UNSEEMLY TARGETING of Canadians by Canadian 
Police Forces clearly and undoubtedly constitutes STATE 
TERRORISM according to the President/Party Leader of

Crown Attorneys 
Intimidating the Judiciary
===================
When in family court in August 2006 the Justice of the 
Peace was intimidated by Crown attorney and forbidden 
to take in account a letter written by the ex-wife of the 
President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of Canada 
written 14 years ago in which she states that she does 
NOT intend to respect the Family Court Order. The
letter nullified the Court proceedings, but the Crown 
Attorney said that the letter had nothing to do with 
whether he made a 20-second to her at work telling 
her that he was free the next day to see his son that 
he hadn't seen for nearly a year. Consequently, he 
was found arbitrarily guilty by the Justice of the Peace 
based solely on his ex-wife's testimony without 
consideration of the extenuating circumstances. 
As he's under surveillance and his calls are therefore 
monitored, the Police in Court said there was no 
other proof that the statement from his ex-wife. 
The Justice of the Peace believed that someone 
was lying and chose to find him guilty with NO
PROOF other than a statement.

The President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of 
Canada acting in his own defense repeatedly told
the Crown Attorney that by forbidding the Justice of
the Peace to take the letter into account and the fact
that his ex-wife never respected the Family Court 
Order made the whole affair a case of malicious
and pernicious prosecution.

It is important to note that the judiciary intentionally 
had a Justice of the Peace preside over the proceedings 
rather than a family court judge that could have settled 
his access once and for all. He still hardly ever sees his 
children all because he told his wife to lay charges for 
having been raped and sexually exploited at work.

The last time in Court in December 2006 it was the 
Crown Attorney, NOT the judge, who called the Police
into the Court Room in order to have him removed:
he feels this obviously demonstrates that the REAL 
DRIVING FORCE OF OUR CROOKED JUDICIAL 
SYSTEM IS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND HIS
MIGNONS, THE CROWN ATTORNEYS, representing
the Crown (the Government run by the mafiosi 
Freemasons) and that they are THE BIGGEST 
CRIMINALS.


MAFIOSI Cop Culture

In theory, the Police are there to serve and protect.

However, in reality because of COP CULTURE the 
POLICE ARE ALWAYS IN INTIMIDATION AND 
CONFRONTATION MODE READY TO CLAMP 
DOWN ON ANYONE WHO THEY BELIEVE HAS 
BROKEN THE LAW.

Canada believes that the problem with the Police 
has to do with the people they hire: people that are
NOT well educated, they're very afraid of losing the
highly paid job to the point that they are willing to 
do what ever it takes to get guilty verdicts especially

of municipal councils to the point that they are AFRAID

Any PUBLIC POLICE MEETINGS ARE VERY WELL 
ORCHESTRATED AND CONTROLLED BY THE 
POLICE so that they are the ones in charge NOT the
public, NOT the Canadian taxpayer: THIS IS NOT 
UNBRIDLED GANGSTERISM?

It is the belief of the President/Party Leader of the 
Égalité Party of Canada that THE POLICE CHIEFS 
IN CANADA CONDUCT THEMSELVES AS MAFIOSI

Police Harassment of the Poor

The Police will arbitrarily stop and question the poor 
and the homeless. The Police will also act in this kind 
of heavy handed manner with blacks and Muslim
communities.

to THE DEMONIZATION OF THE POOR BY THE 
CROOKS THAT RUN GOVERNMENT USING

Fining a Homeless 
Person for Jaywalking
=================
The Ottawa Police on Friday at about 6:30 p.m. on 
January 13th 2007 fined a homeless person for jay-
walking in an area where all the homeless jaywalk
just outside the Shepherds of Good Hope, a soup 
kitchen for the homeless.

The person fined was not given a warning. The 
arresting constable told the President/Party Leader 
of the Égalité Party of Canada the reason the
homeless person was fined was because he 
broke the law.

He then called for backup.

A few minutes later two other Police constables 
appeared on the scene wanting to know why the 
President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of 
Canada asked what was happening.

They were not understanding and SOMEWHAT 
CONFRONTATIONAL. There names were F. Letellier, 
the constable in charge who refused to give his badge
number saying he did NOT have to (He was NOT 
wearing his badge.), Constable Cochrane (Kirkland?), 
and Constable Donnolly. Constable Cochrane (Kirkland?)
appeared to have taken off his name tag in order not to 
be identified.

The Ottawa Police seem to feel they can do whatever
they want and NOT have to be accountable to the Public.


Three Big Cops Arresting 
Two (2) Old Homeless Woman
========================
On January 16th just outside the Shepherd of Good Hope 
the The President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party saw 
three big cops taking two 60ish helpless women into 
custody. These poor helpless women smiled and waved 
at him as they crossed him in the stree. They were closely 
FOLLOWED BY THREE HUGH COPS.

What could they have done wrong? WHAT PHONEY 
CHARGES ARE THE COPS GOING TO LAY IN ORDER
**TO PUMP UP** THEIR STATISTICS SO THEY CAN
INCREASE THE BUDGET THEY ALREADY HAVE AT 
THE EXPENSE OF **OVERBURDENED** TAXPAYERS?

"Why terrorized little, harmless, homeless ladies? What's 
going on here? Is this OTTAWA GOON POLICING AT ITS 
VERY BEST or what?" asks the President/Party Leader

Rooming House Entrapment
======================
Those on social assistance are forced to live in a rooming 
house as they get only $535 a month to live on.

The President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of Canada 
of heard of this story more than once: the Police will show 
up saying that they are doing a Police investigation in the 
building and ask for permission to search their room. The 
unsuspecting person who feels s/he has nothing to hide will 
let them in.

Invariably, the Police will find something and arrest the 
person who is later found guilty by a judge without the 
benefit of jury based solely on the disclosure report
of the Police that the person will denounce as false, 
but to no avail as most judges will go a long with what-
ever the Police say.

Now s/he has a criminal record and if s/he is in the 
vicinity of where a crime is committed, the Police will 
automatically consider him/her as a suspect and so
his/her nightmare with continue.


Criminal Negligence 
towards the Poor and the Homeless

The fact that SOCIAL ASSISTANCE to those in need 
is SO INADEQUATE that IT CONSTITUTES SOCIAL 
DEGRADATION of 20% of the Canadian population
that live in poverty. It's SO INDECENT THAT IT DENIES 
THEM A FUTURE and THIS CONSTITUTES CRIMINAL 
NEGLIGENCE BY A GOVERNMENT RUN BY CROOKS
in the view of President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party 
of Canada.

This is A **BRUTAL BETRAYAL** OF THE FIDUCIARY 
TRUST THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS TOWARDS 
THE VULNERABLE IN SOCIETY - OFTEN MAL-

In order to survive many turn to petty crime and prostitution
