SO HOW CAN WE KNOW if it's really a *NON-GOVERNMENTAL* orga- nization if you *DON'T* say *WHO* is financing it? Our FASCIST Police State Gov't finances *ILLEGALLY* (There it NO LEGISLATION that allows for Gov't financing of these or- ganizations.) ALL SORTS OF PUBLIC IN- STITUTES, 1st NATIONS' ORGANIZATIONS, THE WHOLE ANTI-POVERTY MOVEMENT, even *MOST* of the 20 POLITICAL PARTIES etc. (in my opinion). ALL THIS MAKES FOR *EXCESSIVE*, EX- PENSIVE GOV'T BUREAUCRACY that is *NOT* NEEDED, jobs created to BENEFIT THOSE CONNECTED TO THE SYSTEM. We could quite easily have SURPLUS BUDGETS if it wasN'T for ALL THIS FASCIST POLICE STATE NONSENSE especially when it comes TO BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF NEEDLESS SUR- VEILLANCE because Canada is adop- ting THE VERY *SAME* HOMELAND SECURITY MEASURES AS THE USA which means (from what I can see) having a whole new category of cops: CIVILIAN COPS (cops as employees in stores+libraries+... .)
