Subject: Ottawa's TOP COP: impudent THUG?

Members of Ottawa City Council,

I want you to know that I find Police Chief Bevan's comment
regarding the upcoming budget deliberations NOTso much
arrogance, but an UNREPENTENT SHOW OF EFFONTRONY
towards the taxpayers of Ottawa.

I was the one who said that Chief Ford had to go and he went.

When we decided to replace the Crown Attorney, I insisted that
the future Crown Attorney be a women and so it came to pass.

Why? Because historically all our judges and crown attorneys
were Freemasons making our judiciary ittle less than a kangaroo
court system and given my personal experience I think it's still
pretty much that to this very day until we can find out "which"
judges and crown attorneys are Freemasons.

I strongly feel that you must remind the Police Chief of his
IMPUTDENCE when he suggests that he will NOT participate
in the budget-cutting process and point out to him that he is
there to SERVE THE TAX PAYERS NOT JUST THE
MEMBERS OF THE OTTAWA POLICE FORCE like
SOME GANG LEADER.

I personally find him INADEQUATE for the job and find his
behavior UNACCEPTABLE as it is clearly a DISTASTEFUL
SHOW of a BLATANTLY SHAMEFUL DISREGARD for
the public taxpayer.

What level of policing are the tax payers of Ottawa willing
to pay? That's the question.

If you listen the Ottawa Police Force, they'll inevitably say
that they don't have the resources to get the job done: in
short, you will never ever please these guys.

In short, the Ottawa Police Force like too many of our public
institutions are black-money-holes.

It's up to you to turn that around.

Are you up to the task?

By the way, the question of whether Ottawa should be bilingual
is a moot point.

The province has to respect the DUALITY of the Canadian
Constitution, the existance of TWO EQUAL CANADAS:
one French, one English as seen on the Canadian coat of arms.

Until the Province of Ontario is bilingual, it is NOT RESPECTING
THE RULE OF LAW.

And the financial aid given to those on welfare constitutes a
crime according to Article 228 of the Canadian Criminal
Code, "Criminel Negligence, Killing of the Mind" and contravenes
Articles 7 and 12 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Liberties.

In short, ladies and gentleman, our Government does NOT
RESPECT THE RULE OF LAW.

What are you as individuals going to do about it?

Was Mr. Thom who claimed sick pay really sick or was he
one of those plublic officials who like the Ottawa Police Force
who feel they can take the tax payer to the cleaners (and the
tax payers be damned!)? Who was the doctor that said he
was sick? How sick was he? What illness did he have? Or
was it all a joke? If so, we he be prosecuted for fraud? If
not, why not? Is he one of those gangster Freemasons that
run our crooked bureacracy?

Too many questions? Feeling queasy?

In my view, those that run our government are a sordid lot
and for me that includes the Ottawa Police Force.

Why are Bevan's remarks irresponsible?

In my opinion, he's STONEWALLING when it comes to making
cuts in the Police Force and BOLDFACE LYING in my opinion
when he says that there is nothing to be cut. He just hired 110
police constables THIS YEAR! Was this necessary? You guys
made NO mention of that! Why?

Plus, he's going out of his way to ACT AS A FUND RAISER
by going to the Premier to even ask for MORE MONEY for
his police force. Is this necessary? It's CLEAR that the Police
Force looks after itself first and foremost by helping itself to
the PUBLIC PURSE as much as it can using such DASTARDEDLY
TRICKS as doing UNAPPROVED OVERTIME.

The judges aren't any different! They ARTIFICIALLY CREATE
A CASE BACKLOG so they can hire MORE JUDGES to facilitate
an INTERNAL ROUND of promotions with MORE PAY OF
COURSE to those with the most seniority.

And how many of those cases are just plain bogus like mine was?

Here I was a father charged with haressing phone calls to my
ex-wife in order to see my children that I had NOT been seeing
for almost 3/4 quarters of a year. There was NO CRIMINAL
INTENT. I got a conditional charge by plea bargaining and a
probation officer that brought me back in front of a judge insisting
that I should be under psychiatric care because I told him after
dealing with him over an 8-month period that he was the most
passive agressive person I had met and that I wanted a French-
speaking probation officer as I'm a Franco-Ontarian. He accused
me of "playing the system" and that he was NOT going to allow
me do it. Consequently, Correctional Services refused me my
constitutional right to have a French-speaking probation officer
when all court deliberations had been in French. Can you imagine
that! In the end, the female judge said that the whole affair should
never had been in the criminal court system to begin with when
my ex-wife admitted to NOT letting me see my children. What
makes this whole thing such a shame is the fact that the police
report filed by Detective Richards was INCOMPLETE and
therefore NOT TRUE. Can you imagine that! I called up and
down the Ottawa Police Force to say that it was NOT a criminal
matter, but a family court matter, yet they went ahead any way!
NO WARNING was given. No police report done as Detective
Richards did NOT come over with his partner to discuss the
matter with me. The Police even HARASSED ME and I filed
a police complaint each time they harassed me. (FIVE IN
ALL, I believe) Each time they would call to ask me to drop
my complaint and I said I would, if they would NOT press
charges which they refused to do. All this cost me THOUSANDS
OF DOLLARS and I had to have my finger prints and mug
shot taken thanks to a Polic Force constituted of DUMB
poorly EDUCATED blue-collar COPS when what we need
is a MUCH SMALLER FORCE made of UNIVERSITY-
TRAINED PERSONNEL. Bevan has, I believe, only a
minor/basic university degree. I have FIVE and almost
FOUR others. I feel I have been had by what I see as a
BUNCH of BARELY LITERATE (DUMB) COPS who
are WAY OVER-PAID.

Anyways... the bottom line is that I'm a victime of a criminal
freemasonic-based kangaroo court system that is bent on
ARTIFICALLY CREATING NEEDLESSLY heavy court
loads. What a JOKE!

The doctors do the same thing by creating ARTIFICIAL BED
CRISISES in the hospitals crying that their hospitals are
UNDERFINANCED and NEED "M-O-R-E" MONEY!

What is need is ZERO-BASED budgeting and a media people
that CHALLENGE THE LEGITMACY of the System instead
of a DIRTY MEDIA that allow the BUREAUCRATIC CROOKS
use the media to get their view across -- UNCHALLENGED.

Let's face it: all government agencies/departments in the public/
parapublic sector are BLACK MONEY HOLES run by -- so
it seems -- crooks. Why do I say CROOKS! Because you can't
follow the money trail; things are done in secret behind closed
doors; let's NOT talk of the bribing/payoffs that goes on/around
in Government to keep everyone QUIET and among those in the
Media who write/craft/colour the "news" stories so the Public is
MADE TO BELIEVE that their Government is legitimate when
in fact it is NOT. (SHURR! Don't tell anyone this. This is REAL
news!)

I have to ask myself this. Were your Bevan stories NEWS
REPORTING or were they TRASH REPORTING?

In any case, you guys should be CHALLENGING the public
officials as to the veracity of their statements and NOT BE A
CONDUIT for crooks in Government.

You let Bevan get away with TALKING TRASH/RUBBISH
by letting him say that his department does NOT have A NICKEL
TO SPARE (Really!?) and they're understaff (?) WITHOUT ANY
S-U-P-P-O-R-T-I-N-G E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E.

In my opinion his Police Force is NOT short on man power. In
my apartment building one day late this summer for a few hours
there were over 1/2 dozen police cruisers and about 8 cops
"just hanging around". What for? No, the Ottawa Police Force
is NOT short on man power, but rather BRAIN POWER!
I strongly feel what's REALLY NEEDED is FEWER COPS
with MORE BRAINS. Do we really need cops walking the
beat like in the old days?

And at the SUPER-EX there were COPS STRUTTING
THEIR STUFF IN UNIFORM and LOTS OF MALE/FEMALE
UNDERCOVER COPS. Was this all necessary? And how much
did it cost the taxpayer? Did you ask that? NO!

Me thinks, there are TOO MANY COPS and NOT ENOUGH
CASH.

So SLASH the Police Force because I suspect it's taking on all
the aspects of a CANCEROUS GROWTH.

Obviously, you did NOT mention the OVERKILL in UNDERCOVER
COPS: there are so, so many. I'd even say TOO MANY! They're
even OVERFLOWING onto college/university campuses!

Anyways.. are you NOT suppose to REPORT THE FACTS,
NOT AIRY-FAIRY STORIES concocted by a BUNCH OF
CROOKED BUREAUCRATIC FREEMASONS IN THE
BACKGROUND (that line their pockets and those of their
friends by FLEECING THE TAXPAYER)?

SHAME ON YOU!
