Vatican II
=======
The Second Vatican Council was A PIVOTAL MOMENT: no longer was the
emphasis to be the Renaissance Church royalty of the bishops and cardinals
living in palaces.


THE EMPHASIS WAS TO BE THE LAITY and it role in TRANSFORMING THE
WORLD in terms of SOCIAL and ECONOMIC JUSTICE eliminating poverty so
that life on earth can be A TASTE OF HEAVEN because Genesis says the world
was created in GOODNESS.


Vatican II "formally" recognized that the Church exercises its "temporal power"
through the laity, THE ROYAL PRIESTHOOD OF THE BAPTIZED.


The baptism of the laity confers upon them with "the authority" to REJECT EVIL
and to DENOUNCE WRONGDOING.


That is THEIR DUTY, THEIR CALLING: that is what SANCTIFIES THEM - more
than anything.


By REJECTING EVIL and DENOUNCING WRONGDOING - at the risk of losing
their life - they become witnesses of the "living" Gospel that says, "Jesus LIVES!"


By acknowledging THE PRIMACY OF THE LAITY, the Vatican ll recognized
that the clergy is to play A SUPPORTING ROLE.


So WHO gets to the run the parish?


The priest or the laity?


Vatican II came down on the side of the laity.


(Interestingly, historically, there has been a lay person who was elected pope:
Pope Adrian V ruled from July 11 to Aug. 18, 1276, but died without ever being
ordained priest or bishop.

Latino Catholic Intellectuals
=====================
Latin American Catholic intelligentsia (more than anyone) understood "the
direction" and "the intent" of Vatican II, was A CALL to a new kind of TRANS-
FORMATIONAL THEOLOGY, A NEW "METHOD" OF SANCTIFICATION that
involves STANDING UP - IN SOLIDARITY - WITH THE POOR and HELPING
THEM achieve SOCIAL and ECONOMIC JUSTICE.


This was the beginning of LIBERATION THEOLOGY: the direction the Church
must take if it wishes to grow and become strong or else face DESERTIFICATION.



The Desertification Dilemma
======================
Desertification of the Church, the lament of the current Pope, is the result, I feel,
of the Church *NOT* embracing LIBERATION THEOLOGY.


Desertification of the Church is the result ALSO, I believe, of sanctimonious,
freeloading priests, bishops, and cardinals who prefer to do A MINIMAL
AMOUNT OF WORK "playing church" (doing what the Pope does) exhorting
the people to pray more and be holy WITHOUT they, themselves, having to
CONFRONT social and economic INJUSTICE THAT SURROUNDS THEM
head-on as did THE BRAVE and VALIANT Archbishop of San Salvador,
Óscar Romero, A NATIONAL HERO, killed by the USA for doing so on
March 24th 1980. (Pope John Paul II bestowed upon him the title of "Servant
of God": his canonization process continues.)

When it comes to the desertification of the Church, the Pope, I think,
should look at himself in the mirror and rebuke himself for having lived
SUCH AN EXTRAVAGANT LIFE STYLE driving expensive cars and
ENJOYING THE BEST while *NOT* EVER CONFRONTING the fact
that the Church "unapologetically" supports crooked, oppressive
FASCISM both YESTERDAY and TODAY in so-called Catholic
countries.


The Church has been a "willing" collaborative in the oppression of 99%
of the People and in some places AT LEAST ONE PRIEST WAS
PRESENT WHEN PEOPLE WERE *TORTURED* like in in Argentina.


Clearly, the Pope needs to EXCOMMUNICATE rich Catholics who are
known to exploit the Poor.


If the Pope does NOT do this, history will remember his as A WEAK,
PATHETIC FIGURE who enjoyed traipsing around in regal papal garb
looking pious when the times called for him to ACT!


North America: FASCIST!
====================
In fact, Canada, Mexico, and the USA, ALL three (3) are FASCIST Police states
run by "anti-Catholic" Freemasons (including the "anti-Catholic" KKK) that serve
the Rich who exploit the 99%, but yet ALL three (3) countries have the "unquestioning"
support of the Catholic Church who REFUSES TO HEAR THE CRIES OF THOSE
WHO ARE POOR AND SUFFERING.


THAT IS NOT EVIL?


According to the Gospels, those who refuse to hear the cries of the Poor and the
suffering go STRAIGHT TO HELL!



The FIGHT ("La Lucha")
==================
Catholic clerics who welcomed Vatican II organized "Christian-based" communities
to FIGHT for their right to *FAIR* WAGES from their Yanky (American) employer and
*FAIR* TREATMENT from their Gov't controlled by the USA.


Devout Catholic Latino REPORTERS denounced corruption in the Gov't. pointing
their accusing finger at the USA.


They became THE FIRST MARTYRS of SOCIAL and ECONOMIC JUSTICE with
UNION LEADERS and UNION ORGANIZERS, along with the DEFENDERS OF
ABORIGINAL RIGHTS: their martyrdom has yet to be recognized by the Latino
Catholic Church run by clerics whose families have always been exploiting
the Poor for centuries.



The USA *EVIL* Response
=====================
The USA response was to create and finance DEATH SQUADS to go after the reporters,
union leaders, union organizers, and defenders of aboriginal rights: THE LEADERS.


In addition, the USA have CIA AGENTS TRAINED AS EVANGELICAL PASTORS
to spread the Gospel based on the Bible ONLY: they can even be seen preaching
in front of the Toronto Eaton Centre and who have created Gospel-based communities
in Toronto mostly lead by African-American pastors who as far as I'm concerned
are CIA agents.


These CIA AGENTS TRAINED AS EVANGELICAL PASTORS *REPEAT* and
*REPEAT*: there is NO NEED FOR CHURCH. I've heard them at Seaton House.


Is Seaton House, an eastside downtown Toronto men's shelter, run by the CIA?


Well, Obama's face is the wall of the 4th floor and African-Americans run the
place.


Incredible, but it's HIGHLY PROBABLE that the USA has CIA agents working
as priests in the American Catholic Church in order to *NEUTER* its SOCIAL
JUSTICE AGENDA: Russia did the same thing in order to control the Russian
Orthodox Church when it was a communist state. This just seems to be another
way in which the USA has imitated Cold War Russia.


Remember the USA Catholic Church contributed in A BIG WAY to the civil rights
movement and to ending the Vietnam War THANKS TO to the likes of the Berrigan
brothers, Daniel and Philip, (Daniel is still ALIVE and PROTESTING.) both Catholic
priests (Philip later married and had a daughter.) and Trappist monk, Father Thomas
Merton killed by the CIA when in Asia.

Needless to say the USA response to LIBERATION THEOLOGY paints the USA as
THE EMPIRE OF *EVIL* which - Iran has "repeatedly" said - it is.



The É(eh)PC, eh-USA, i-México: WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION

The É(eh)PC (Égalité Party of Canada) in line with liberation theology intends to
ELIMINATE POVERTY, THE SOURCE OF terrorism and most of the VIOLENCE
in society, by using the UN (United Nations) to REDISTRIBUTE THE WEALTH.


With the É(eh)PC [and SOON to be created eh-USA (The Égalité Party
of the USA) and i-México (El Partido de la Igualdad de México)] North
Americans will get CLEAN Gov't because they'll be able to monitor "the
details" of Gov't spending in real time online and will be rewarded $5000
TAX FREE each time they find UNNECESSARY Gov't spending which
will result in a Gov't employee going to jail for 2 years.


To ensure CLEAN Gov't, the KKK and Freemasons will *NOT* be ALLOWED
to work for the Gov't: in ALL three (3) countries the Freemasons run BOTH the
judiciary and the bureaucracy. This means NOT ONE OF THEM is a democratic
country because in a democracy the judiciary has to be INDEPENDENT from
the rest of the Gov't in order to be LEGITIMATE: that is NOT THE CASE
for Canada, the USA, and Mexico.


There will be NO INCOME TAX FORMS to fill as taxes will be deducted
AT SOURCE and because there will be NO tax credits, NO tax exemptions,
NO tax loop holes.


Businesses NOT offering the BEST WAGES and BENEFITS
possible will be NATIONALIZED.


EVERYONE will PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE OF TAXES - including religious
organizations.

NOTE: it's ONLY THE RICH who benefit fully from
             all the tax credits, tax exemptions, tax loop-
             holes which means they PAY LESS TAXES
             MAKING EVERYONE ELSE TO PAY MORE!



INCOME SECURITY - globally!
=======================
The É(eh)PC wants ALL countries to contribute AT LEAST 1/2 of their MILITARY
BUDGETS to the UN in order to provide the Poor with INCOME SECURITY.

 
This will CREATE JOBS.


This will make the global economy STRONGER!


This will allow everyone will to lead *PRODUCTIVE* LIVES.


This is especially important as we go into possibly a 20-to-30-year period
of ECONOMIC CONTRACTION and WEALTH EROSION because the
banks, pension funds, and insurance companies are INVESTING AT
A LOSS and because they ALL have BAD DEBT.

================================
- UNIVERSITY and COLLEGE will be FREE.

- SOCIAL ASSISTANCE levels will be DOUBLED.

- PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - where possible - will be
  FREE.

- UNEMPLOYMENT and SOCIAL ASSISTANCE will be
  AUTOMATIC.

- DAYCARE paid by the employer will be FREE (subsi-
  dized by the Gov't - where necessary).

- The MINIMUM hourly WAGE will be $20 within  5 years
  (subsidized by the Gov't - where necessary).



TAX-REDUCING Measures
======================
- There will be only one university-educated Police force: POLICING will
   be seen as an EXTENSION OF SOCIAL SERVICES.

- People will only be charged IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST and no one
  goes to jail without a trial by jury.

- NO ONE WILL GO TO JAIL BECAUSE OF DRUGS: drug consumption
  will a private matter like drinking beer and those involved in selling ILLICIT
  DRUGS will have the money they earned taken away only after they have
  been found to be guilty in a court of law, but will *NOT* go to jail.

- Pardons will be AUTOMATIC after two (2) years.

- There will be NO PROBATION and NO PROBATION OFFICERS.

- Gov't SIZE will be REDUCED to LESS THAN 50%.

- DUPLICATION in the levels of Gov't will be ELIMINATED in favour of
  the federal level.



FINANCIAL Transparency
====================
ALL ORGANIZATIONS will have 1-click Internet access to their FINANCIALS.

Their FINANCIALS  "must be" EASY TO UNDERSTAND.

And every ORGANIZATION must by AUDITED YEARLY by *DIFFERENT*
chartered accountants each year.

The É(eh)PC is asking ALL Canadians, Americans, and Mexicans
who want THOSE THINGS to *NOT* VOTE until they can vote for
