for EACH available job.)
SO WHY, WHY would the Gov't *WASTE* $300 MILLION (TAXPAYERS')
$ on *USELESS* skills apprentice programs (given by businesses "probably"
tied to Harper's political party).
HOW MUCH of THAT $ came back to his political party in the way of KICK-
