The CAP (http://canadianactionparty.ca) has $$$ from the looks
of it: where does their $$$ come from?

It's associated with http://pressfortruth.ca.

It too has $$$: where does all this $$$ come from?

These guys believe, I understand, that corporations are taking
over the world they believe that world corporations are banding
together regionally to eventually create A NEW WORLD GOV'T
where the wealthy landowners will reign supreme.

Interestingly, the founder of CAP was a Trudeau Minister of
Defence who believes in aliens according to *TODAYS*
Ottawa Citizen article.

SO,
where is the $$$ coming from?

My take on it is that it's A DUMMY PARTY set up by the Gov't
like Parti Solidaire in Quebec (that party seemed to have been
created by the Gov't, perhaps as a Stéphane Dion initiative, in
the hope of diminishing the Bloc Québécois vote).

The Gov't of Canada is NASTY:
it's NOT PRETENDING to be NASTY because it's Halloween.

Unfortunately, it's *NOT* October 31st. :o)

In my view,

It goes on to state that someone started a "stop snitchin" group in Faceboo=

(http://www.facebook.com/), but does not provide the Internet addresses of
these
"alleged" Web pages (URLs) for verification by the public.

Where's THE *supporting* PROOF?

Why NO PROOF?

(A University professor would DEMAND PROOF
to support the arguments a Univeristy student is making.)

The article ALSO appears to have NO BYLINE.

Why?

Was THE SOMEONE who started a "stop snitchin" group in Facebook
AN *UNDERCOVER* COP?

WHO is this person?

WHAT'S his/her NAME?

With NO NAME, NO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE, one is forced to ask:
"Did the Gov'erment pay to have this printed as news?"

Just from the perspective of "OPTICS",

First Nation Band Council *Corruption*: a KEY INSTRUMENT in the Canadian
Gov't Policy of Passive Genocide according to President/Party Leader of the

The Gov't of Canada seems to encourage the band chiefs + council members
to look after themselves just like Canadian gov't officials look after
themselves.

[The situation in Kahnawake (Mohawk reserve straddling New York State +
Quebec)
was a little bit more involved, but pretty much the same thing.]

The =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada is proposing a 3-part SOLUTION
to 1st Nation communities.

Part A: General Response
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
THE SOLUTION *EVERYWHERE* IS THE SAME: "everyone" needs to know *WHO*
are the persons making the financial decisions + *WHO* who are the persons
(or entities)
benefiting from them. (It is important to look into the possibility of
bribes + kick-backs from
those receiving contracts from the Bands.)

Thee community needs to first look at HOW MUCH $$$ the Band Council starts
with.
Then, it needs to look at HOW + WHY it is being spent.

"EVERYBODY" in the community NEEDS TO KNOW THIS.

THE KEY is have outside "at arms length" ACCOUNTANTS - 3rd party accountant=
s
- who
are "100% independent" and not beholding to the Band Council ASSESS THE
BOOKS + COMMENT on the recording keeping that has been done to date.

Ironically, THIS SITUATION seems to have been "INTENTIONALLY" CREATED BY
OTTAWA
in order to *DISCREDIT* the 1st Nations demand for SELF-GOVERNMENT (autonom=
y
in their own affairs)so that Ottawa can make the claim that Band Councils
are so "inept" + "financially incompetent" that the notion of
self-government "in reality" is ludicrous.

What the Gov't has done is put in place a VERY SMART, sophisticated passive
GENOCIDE POLICY that ensures 10% of 1st Nation Peoples (especially the
educated professionals) get decent paying jobs so that *THE SYSTEM* WORKS
FOR THEM while humiliating the remaining 90%, most of whom live on
*RESERVES* or in institutions like JAILS + SHELTERS.

Those living on the reserves live in degrading conditions like caged animal=
s
in a zoo thanks to the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs who keeps
them on a *VERY SHORT* LEASH.

Not only is the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs 100% responsible
for their living conditions, it AUTORIZATION is REQUIRED (mandatory) FOR
EVERYTHING (even when it comes to adding something like a window).

The Department of Indian and Northern Affairs - more often than not - will
oblige A WHOLE COMMUNITY to have ONLY ONE COMMUNAL TAP and will place the
OUT-TAKE (sewage)
PIPE close (not that far from) to the IN-TAKE (drinking water) PIPE obligin=
g
the community to boil its water.

THE SITUATION *STINKS*: ONLY THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA IS TO BLAME. Canadian=
s
should be ashamed to continue to allow this to happen.

At Nassau Lake (30 miles west of Hearst, Northern Ontario -smack in the
middle of the Trans-Canada Highway), a lumber camp, where President/Party
Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada spent his first 14 years starting=
in
1953, each of the 66 families had their own tap and indoor plumbing.

Part B: Specific Response
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
THE PROBLEM IS *MISAPPROPRIATION *OF FUNDS.

The threat of having "fraud charges" laid against band council members
should make them realize that they are ACTING not only ILLEGALLY, but are
INSTRUMENTS OF THEIR OWN GENOCIDE by acting "behind everyone's back" (behin=
d
close doors - in secret just like the Government of Canada) and EFFECTIVEL=
Y
KILLING THE COMMUNITY'S CHANCES OF
LONG-TERM survival.

Technically, THE WHOLE COMMUNITY should have THE FINAL SAY in ALL Band
Council DECSIONS for two basic reasons: one, in order to ensure GOOD
DECISIONS are made and
two, in order to ensure that THE FUTURE OF THEIR COMMUNITY IS *NOT*
JEOPARDIZED.

Within one generation (perhaps two) this *well-thought-out* VERY NASTY
Government POLICY OF *PASSIVE* GENOCIDE will probably be a RESOUNDING
SUCCESS.

Unfortunately, band council members are NOT educated NOR smart enough to
understand
HOW THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIOINS are NEGATIVELY IMPACTING the future viability of
their community.

Each band member needs to be taken aside by the community and have this
pointed out to him or her in order to turn things around.

Part 3: Get the BIG GUNS

Get the religious authorities involved too - only if all else fails.

Party of Canada was DEEPLY SADDENED to be told that he'd have to go to the
Antropological Museum of the University of British Columbia.

He also learned while in Vancouver that 1st Nation languages are on the
verge of extinction.

Whose to blame for ALL THIS?

The *STINKING* Government of Canada.

<p>"EVERYBODY" in the community NEEDS TO KNOW THIS.</p>
<p>THE KEY is have outside "at arms length" ACCOUNTANTS - 3rd par=
ty accountants - who <br>are  "100% independent" and not beh=
olding to the Band Council ASSESS THE BOOKS + COMMENT on the recording keep=
ing that has been done to date.=20

<p>Ironically, THIS SITUATION seems to have been "INTENTIONALLY" =
CREATED BY OTTAWA <br>in order to *DISCREDIT* the 1st Nations demand for SE=
LF-GOVERNMENT (autonomy in their own affairs)so that Ottawa can make the cl=
aim that Band Councils are so "inept" + "financially incompe=
tent" that the notion of self-government "in reality" is lud=
icrous.=20

<p>What the Gov't has done is put in place a VERY SMART, sophisticated =
passive GENOCIDE POLICY that ensures 10% of 1st Nation Peoples (especially =
the educated professionals) get decent paying jobs so that *THE SYSTEM* WOR=
KS FOR THEM while humiliating the remaining 90%, most of whom live on *RESE=
RVES* or in institutions like JAILS + SHELTERS.=20
</p>
<p>Those living on the reserves live in degrading conditions like caged ani=
mals in a zoo thanks to the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs who k=
eeps them on a *VERY SHORT* LEASH.</p>
<p>Not only is the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs 100% responsib=
le for their living conditions, it AUTORIZATION is REQUIRED (mandatory) FOR=
EVERYTHING (even when it comes to adding something like a window). </p>

<p>The Department of Indian and Northern Affairs - more often than not - wi=
ll oblige A WHOLE COMMUNITY to have ONLY ONE COMMUNAL TAP and will place th=
e OUT-TAKE (sewage) <br>PIPE close (not that far from) to the IN-TAKE (drin=
king water) PIPE obliging the community to boil its water.=20
</p>
<p>THE SITUATION *STINKS*: ONLY THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA IS TO BLAME. Canad=
ians should be ashamed to continue to allow this to happen.</p>
<p>At Nassau Lake (30 miles west of Hearst, Northern Ontario -smack in the =
middle of the Trans-Canada Highway), a lumber camp, where President/Party L=
eader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada spent his first 14 years starting =
in 1953, each of the 66 families had their own tap and indoor plumbing.=20

<p>The threat of having "fraud charges" laid against band council=
members should make them realize that they are ACTING not only ILLEGALLY, =
but are INSTRUMENTS OF THEIR OWN GENOCIDE by acting "behind everyone&#=
39;s back" (behind close doors - in secret just like the Government of=
Canada)  and EFFECTIVELY KILLING THE COMMUNITY'S CHANCES OF=20
<br>LONG-TERM survival.</p>
<p>Technically, THE WHOLE COMMUNITY should have THE FINAL SAY in ALL Band C=
ouncil DECSIONS for two basic reasons: one, in order to ensure GOOD DECISIO=
NS are made and <br>two, in order to ensure that THE FUTURE OF THEIR COMMUN=
ITY IS *NOT* JEOPARDIZED.=20

<p>Within one generation (perhaps two) this *well-thought-out* VERY NASTY G=
overnment POLICY OF *PASSIVE* GENOCIDE will probably be a RESOUNDING SUCCES=
S.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, band council members are NOT educated NOR smart enough to=
understand <br>HOW THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIOINS are NEGATIVELY IMPACTING the fut=
ure viability of their community.</p>
<p>Each band member needs to be taken aside by the community and have this =
pointed out to him or her in order to turn things around.</p>

<p>He also learned while in Vancouver that 1st Nation languages are on the =
verge of extinction.</p>
<p>Whose to blame for ALL THIS? </p>
<p>The *STINKING* Government of Canada.</p>
