It's TOTALLY ILLEGAL.
There is NO Gov't LEGISLATION that gives them the authority to do that: it is *NOT* a
creature of law.
It's just another BOGUS ORGANIZATION like so many others *illegally* financed by
the Gov't.
Having had the http://www.eh-ok.ca since March 2007, my service provider, Easyhos-
ting, did *NOT* say that there were any conditions related to the .ca domain name
when my Web site was renewed - each year - at end of March.

You'll notice that my domain name, eh-ok.ca, has been paid up till March 30th 2016.
There is NO *LEGAL* JUSTIFICATION for the cancellation of the eh-ok.ca Web site
name by the CIRA.
Section 3 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Liberties grants any Canadian the
right to create and promote a political party *WITHOUT* ANY IMPEDIMENT(that
is to say without having to be registered with Elections Canada).

In fact, the Gov't of Canada has been in my view creating MANY *BOGUS* POLITICAL PARTIES which it then registers with
Elections Canada.
Being registered with Elections Canada is meaningless and
UNNECESSARY.
Once a political party has fielded 50 or more candidates, one
in 50 or more electoral ridings, it's automatically registered
with Elections Canada.
The Gov't of Canada has - I suspect - even created Québec Soli-
daire and Coalition Avenir Québec (or CAQ) in order to water
down the PQ (Parti Québecois) vote.
UNLIKE ALL of Canada's (FASCIST) political parties, theÉ(eh)PC is 100% TRANS-
PARENT: its membership is accessible online at http://www.eh-ok.ca/mem/mem.htm.
The CIRA *UNLAWFUL* ACTION will be *another* incident of FASCIST Police state
harassment of theÉ(eh)PC by the Gov't of Canada.
Such an action is *NOT* ONLY UNLAWFUL, it's ANTI-DEMOCRATIC.
Besides, it impinges on "basic democratic freedoms" like POLITICAL FREEDOM and
FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.
