"Bureaucrats accused of favourtism"

menent -- grosso modo -- l'apparat gouvernemental
canadien.

Subject: "Bureaucrats accused of favouritism"

Hi,

RE: Bureaucrats accused of favouritism

CONGRATS on having the audacity to publish such an article.

Andrew Moffatt, CEO of EduCom, accusses federal bureaucrats of
favouritism in treatment of his $90,000 bid against the $250,000

German bid when they are supposedly identical.

My experience with people doing busines with with the Government
is they don't like it because they are CONFUSED as to the rules of
the game: the bureaucrats become "NEEDLESSLY PICKY" and
often
POSTPONE reaching a decision ("typical bureaucrat shananigans"
as far as I'm concerned).

Do bureaucrats expect to have their palms "greased" in awarding contracts?

The question arises as to what amount did the German have to pay Canadian
bureaucrats to get the bid:
($250,000 - $90,000) $160,000? What was the
commission earned by the person in the German firm to "grandfather" this
through? etc.

The airline industry is reknown for doing business this way with governments.
Is this also the case
in the high-tech sector as well? If so, apparently, no one
told Mr. Andrew Moffatt, CEO of EduCom.

Under what conditions are Canadian high-tech firms are expected to bribe
government officials/bureaucrats/mafiosi?

Surely, WE ARE ALL CONFUSED, are we NOT?

With everyone in Government being "AGENTS OF THE CROWN",
maybe we should
ASK OUR QUEEN over there in Buckingham Palace
about this whole matter?

THERE IS A NEED FOR CLARITY! Surely. (Ha! Ha!)

Historically, the Canadian Government was run by Freemasons like all
Commonwealth Governments. They ran the show namely
for their benefit
and appear to be doing so to this very day: they
had THE MONOPOLY
on the delivery of government services and
still do in my opinion. This
explains why we still have DIRTY,
DIRTY, DIRTY GOVERNMENT.

In fact, the judges and crown-attorneys were ALL Freemasons: guess
who never went to jail? And MOST are to this very day.

How many Government bureaucrats (be they municipal, provincial or
federal) are in our jails? ZERO!

COINCIDENCE? I THINK *NOT*.

And when the various provincial-federal auditor reports come out, NO
ONE is demoted nor fired for "mismanagement",
a euphemism for
"bureaucratic fraud" in my books especially
when there is NO PAPER
TRAIL, just unexplained amounts of
money UNACCOUNTED FOR
"OFFICIALLY". That's convenient
and this is REPEATED YEAR
AFTER YEAR. It's NOT a ONE TIME
AFFAIR.

I sense that he average Canadian taxpayer feels more and more s/he's
no more than a HOSTAGE to an *INHERENTLY*
CROOKED
GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM.

And when you know where "bureaucratic fraud" is "excessive" as in
our hospitals. it is accompanied with "SEXUAL
EXPLOITATION
OF WOMEN", than we know we have a VERY
SERIOUS, OUT
OF CONTROL PROBLEM on our hands.

The good news is that CORRUPT GOVERNMENT can never smell
good: it always STINKS.

Thanks for having the audacity of publishing your article entitled
"Bureaucrats accused of favouritism".

For too long we have had a DIRTY PRESS/MEDIA.

For A FREE, DEMOCRATIC Canada the MEDIA has a FIDUCIARY
DUTY
to the Canadian People to DENOUNCE IRREGULAR
GOVERNMENT
BEHAVIOR.

It is my "considered" opinion that THE GREATEST THREAT TO
CANADIAN SOVERIGNTY does NOT come from south of the
border,
but is "inherent" government corruption.

For the U.S. to run Canada it only has to FIND and PAY corrupt
government officials in order to have its way
with Canada.

We URGENTLY need to form a SECURITY FORCE that will focus
on bureaucratic corruption in the
Canadian Government and hopefully
a ROYAL
COMMISSION to properly deal with the matter as we
had with the MacDonald Royal
Commission on RCMP wrongdoing.

O Canada, WE STAND ON GUARD FOR THEE, <GRIN>
TON FRONT EST SAINT ET GLORIEUX.

Best wishes,

Kenneth Selin
