I was OBLIGED TO TAKE AN OATH OF SECRECY to 
talk NOT about CRIMINATLITY on the Hill. For example,
I could NOT tell you if there was an important click of 
Senators who gambled. :o)

About "SECRET SOCIETIES", the Pope made 
reference to this in his dying testament, I understand.

The fact, of the matter, in my opion the GREATEST 
NATIONAL SECRURITY THREAT is GOVERNMENT
CORRUPTION.

The Americans were able to AMERICANIZE the 
Conservative Party. 

In fact, Mike Harris' provincial Progressive Conservative 
Party modeled the "Common Sense Revolution" on the 
"ideology" behind the Republican Party in the States: 
CUTTING TAXES, CUTTING SOCIAL PROGRAMS,
and BUILDING PRISONS. 

Mike Harris' provincial Progressive Conservative Party 
prided itself on having built one of most high-tech prisons 
that is "privately" run.

Conservative Party thinking is VERY BIG on PPP (Private 
Public Partnership).

The PROBLEM with PPP in Canada is that it is VEILED!
IN SECRECY like NEARLY ALL GOVERNMENT ACTIVITY.

An excellent case in point is the UNWARRANTED $600 
million Royal Ottawa "mental" Hospital extension NOT! 
wanted by the Provincial Commission on Mental Health 
NOR! by the Ottawa ex-psychiatric patient association 
as the Hospital ONLY uses pharmaceutical-based treat-
ments which benefits the pharmaceutical companies 
who apparently give "percentage-medication-cost kick-
backs" to the psychiatrists. It's a RACKET!

This PPP deal is SO! SECRETIVE that MANY PEOPLE 
think it's ONE OF THE MOST! CROOKED IN THE HIS-
TORY OF ONTARIO. 

It appears that the public servants who brokered the deal 
were MORE THAN RICHLY REWARDED.

It appears that the building of this UNNEEDED! extension 
was A CONDITION for the buying of the Ottawa Senators 
Hockey Club by the owner of a parmaceutical company.

THE subtext MESSAGE seems to be: CROOKED! GO-
VERNMENT BUREAUCRATS know how to LOOK AF-
TER THEMSELVES quite nicely.

CROOKED! SECRETIVE GOVERNMENT IS NOT! GOOD 
GOVERNMENT and CONSTITUES *OUR NUMBER ONE* 
NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT according to my political
party, the Égalité Party of Canada.

Solution: FLAG! THE CROOKS and offer them early retire-
ment (if they cooperate FULLY) or JAIL. :o)

I strongly believe a TRANSPARENT Canadian Government 
whose spending can be monitored online by Canadians would 
mean that Canada should have  THE STRONGEST! currency, 
THE LOWEST! taxes, THE SMALLEST! government, and 
THE BEST! social programs.

Once Canada has its act together thanks to the Égalité Party 
of Canada, it can work then more closely with the U.S.A. and 
Mexico to eliminate poverty and generate wealth in North 
America THROUGH GOOD DESIGN whereby everyone can 
be resonably wealthy. It hopes to achieve this thruough the
creation of the Égalité Party of the USA, eh-USA, and
El Partido Igualdad de México, eh-México. 

This in turn would benefit ALL Latin America.

The bottom-line TODAY is that NO! COUNTRY CAN AFFORD 
TO HAVE POVERTY: the SOCIAL COSTS are just TOO! GREAT.
In fact, they're E-X-O-R-B-I-T-A-N-T!

To eliminate poverty and  REDUCE TAXES, the Égalité Party 
of Canada will make the FIRST $20,000 of earned income 
TAX-FREE!

The Égalité Party of Canada will INCREASE! the minimum wage
first to $15 (and as soon as possible to $18) subsidizing it where
necessary BECAUSE minimum wage jobs tend to be precarious
with no benefits like dental/disability insurance, FREE dental, etc.

The Égalité Party of Canada will DOUBLE! social assistance
levels as part of the Government's guaranteed revenue program
whose recipients will receive a bi-weekly cheque instead
of having to wait tilll the end of the month to get $$$.  PLUS! they 
will not be required to have social worker unless they need help.

An unemployed person will get a $1200 monthly paid biweekly.

The Égalité Party of Canada will REVAMP! the Employment
Insurance Program so that Canadians get their FULL! salary:

Employment insurance (EI) will be 100% of salary for six (6) 
months minimum after having worked four (4) months; eight (8) 
months after having worked 1.5 years; twelve (12) months after 
having worked two (2) years for the same organization.

It is important to understand that GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION
is based on THE **FALSE ** ASSUMPTION that there is NOT!
enough to go around.

HOWEVER! *if* WE DON'T! take MORE THAN OUR SHARE,
we will enter the PROMISE LAND of *MINIMUM* TAXATION+
PHEMONENAL!!! ECONOMIC GROWTH.

Therefore, it's in EVEYBODY'S! INTEREST to be honest, happy, 
and as productive as possible without taking MORE than one's
share.

While THE OLDER CROOKED! GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRATS 
DON'T! GET IT, THE GOOD NEWS is that TODAY'S YOUTH DO!
regardless of where they live: it's WIRED! into their SUBCONSCIENCE.

TODAY'S YOU DON'T think just in terms of "ME", but in terms of
"THEIR NETWORK", the people they know around them and those
that they know ONLINE.

They INTRINSICALLY! understand the need for FAIR PLAY, SOCIAL
JUSTICE and ZERO! POVERTY for a HEALTHY GLOBAL ECONOMY
where there's LOTS TO DO TO KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY.

Having FRIENDS!, an EXTENSIVE! NETWORK is MORE! VALUED
by them than the external trappings POWER, STATUS, and SUCCESS 
including $$$ for the sake of $$$ which created THE RAT RACE.

They want to have a good quality of life, time to enjoy life, and security
in knowing that in a world of ZERO! poverty there will be ZERO! terrorism.

They want to live out in THE OPEN with everyone else and NOT! in a 
GATED! COMMUNITY CUT OFF from a DANGEROUS! WORLD. 

They want MOBILITY, FREEDOM TO GO WHEREVER without fear
in order to explore the peoples+cultures of the world in the hope of
making new friends+developing a better understanding of who they
are.

TODAYS! YOUTH *subconsciously* understand that HOARDING! is 
like WEARING CEMENT SHOES: it leads NO! WHERE and is NOT!
necesarry today.

They understand and appreciate THE NEED FOR FREEDOM, FOR
MOBILITY. 

Government must be AN INSTRUMENT of THEIR! FREEDOM.

Consequently, for the Government to WORK FOR THEM it has to be
OPEN+TRANSPARENT.

The Catholic Church recognized the need for openness in the Second
Vatican Council. 

It realized that it had to OPEN its windows and doors to the World because
since it lost its land in the middle of Italy due to the political unification of Italy
IT HAD BEEN LIVING IN CAPTIVITY, IN FEAR!

*THE WEALTHY* in North America LIVE IN CAPTIVITY+FEAR behind their
gated communities too! And yet, *THEY* ABET their corrupted Government
that does NOT! REDISTRIBUTE THE WEALTH. The same is true for the USA
+Canada.

A corrupted government is ALWAYS! THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE because
it ROBS! the People of THEIR SHARE of the wealth and UNDULY! taxes them
with HIGHER RATES of taxations+new forms of taxation that REDUCES! the
wealth of the People and thereby, WEAKENS! THE ECONOMY increasing the
likelihood of an ECONOMIC MELTDOWN.

The SOLUTION is WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION.
