In mid-november Revenue Canada freezes
and later EMPTIES his bank account claiming
that he owes $10,000+ (that includes penalties
over the years) in taxes going back a decade
ago when he went to University.
Renenue Canada proceeded to garnished his
$10.50 wages at GPC Research in Ottawa
Canada by 25% - AFTER deductions.
He repeatedly called the Prime Minister's Office,
Revenue Canada's Office, and met with Revenue
Canada' collection people to point out that he had
earned LESS THAN $13,500 in 2005 and that the
measures would make it difficult for him to pay rent
and food as work at GPC Research was INTER-
MITTENT.
He said he gladly pay whatever was owed when
he'd be in a position to do so, but is unable
to do so at this time.
He met with the right-hand man of his Member of
Parliament as well to explain the seriousness of
his case, all this to no avail.
Mrs. Charbonneau of Collections at Revenue
Canada said there was nothing she could do
to help as the ORDER CAME FROM "THE TOP".
He tried to advertize a speed-writing class he'd
like to give at his place over the Holiday Season
online in the Ottawa newsgroups in order to earn
some renenue only to have his newsgroups
messages taken OFFline.
His most recent "political" newsgroup messages
were "msyteriously" taken OFFline in a matter of
minutes.
He says that this is CLEARLY an infringement
of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
which GUARANTEES THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH
and THE FREEDOM TO CREATE and PROMOTE
a NEW political party.
