About our Gov't, it's like
*ALL* other 53 Commonwealth countries:
behind "closed doors"
Free-masonic Gov't whose "law and order"
based SPENDING PRIORITY is
the Police, the Judiciary, and the
Prisons.
Because it's "behind closed
doors", it's PROBABLY safe to say
that it's 100% crooked: each
department having its "own" internal
Mafia.

About the Fraser Institute,
who FINANCES it?
The Gov't?
MORE THAN LIKELY ...
yes!

That would make it A
PROPAGANDA ORGAN, would it not?
YES!
Our Police state Gov't
"illegally" finances *HUNDREDS* of these
so-called "independent",
public organizations/institutes/boards
to the tune of BILLIONS OF
DOLLARS.
It does this "illegally"
because there is NO LEGISLATION that
allow it to finance them -
including all those, it seems, in the
anti-poverty movement IN
ADDITION TO "small" POLITICAL
PARTIES.
When two (2) parents work for
the Gov't, they can "force" the
Gov't to hire their children
especially if they have GOOD CRE-
DENTIALS like from the
Sorbonne and/or London School of
Economics (often as as a
"policy analyst") - in my view.
There's ALSO the practice of
letting Gov't bureaucrats get their
mistresses on the Gov't
payroll as a "speech writer" or some
other "cushy" job.
You get THE GIST: this only
explains IN PART why we "naturally"
have *BLOATED* GOV'T - in my
opinion. (Ha! Ha!)
Because THE FREEMASONS run
the Gov't, their kids must be
provided for - as a matter of
course - with a Gov't job - AS WELL! (Ha! Ha!)
Because Canada is A FASCIST
*Police* STATE, that means the
children of the Police must
ALSO be provided for - TO BE FAIR! (Ha! Ha!)
[Preferably as cops,
otherwise as an "illegal" undercover cop (There
is NO LEGISLATION for
full-time undercover cops - check out 175

at the Spadina+Queen McDonnald's
a few doors down) or as a
member of the Police civilian staff. There's
ALWAYS ROOM FOR ONE MORE for
those WELL-CONNECTED to

SERVE THE SAME PURPOSE.
There's ALSO the (Sheila
Copps) Canadian Heritage Ministry
that's used, I understand, to
provide JOBS FOR THE CHILDREN
OF THE PARTY FAITHFUL of the
political party in power.
Ah! POGEY FOR THE PARTY
FAITHFUL: it's LEGAL! (Ha! Ha!)
With this kind of CONTINUOUS
GOV'T 'cancerous' GROWTH, what
do we get?
A 100% TOTALITARIAN 100%
surveillance-based society which is
the "current" USA model being
"foisted" upon us by THE WORLD'S
*GREATEST* FASCIST Police
state *BULLY* to the South of us run
by GANGSTERS - or so it seems
to me - I MIGHT be wrong.(Ha! Ha!)
You mention that the Gov't
uses an "evidence-based research"
approach to win its arguments
so it can have its way [like all these
"independent" (written by
FRIENDS OF THE PARTY in power who
make THE REQUIRED POLITICAL
DONATIONS) studies the Gov't
pays for].
These "independent studies"
is our Government's way of PRETENDING
TO BE ETHICAL and ABOVE BOARD
- like all other FASCISTS STATES -
though they *NEVER* are,
*BUT* they see to it (THEY HAVE THEIR
WAYS.), they have THE FULL
SUPPORT of the public media and religious
authorities to give them A
VENEER OF LEGITIMACY.
Here's AN EXAMPLE of
"evidence-based research" ...
The American-run (in my
opinion) Toronto Star used a CIA historian to
say that all those
conspiracies regarding JFK's murder were just that,
conspiracies with *NO*
POSSIBLE MERIT.
If this CIA historian (in my
view) were honest, he "should" have said:
1. THE PROBLEM regarding THE
MYSTERY SURROUNDING JFK's
DEATH
has everything to do with JFK's HEAD: it "inexplicably"
disappeared;
2. JFK was buried in the
Arlington Cemetery as "a common soldier",
but
BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY TRAFFIC to his grave site, the U.S.
Gov't
was "forced" to give him a special spot - whether it
liked
to or NOT!
By the way, while on the
topic of THE MERIT OF RESEARCH, I strongly
feel, anything coming out of
George Washington University is MORE
THAN LIKELY *TAINTED* by the
CIA. (The guys who *SPONSORED*
the death squads in Latin
America, those guys.)
CLEARLY, when it comes to
research, we have to be CRITICAL, don't we? :o)

to national income is at 41%.

ABOUT is the USA intention to provide
MORE AND MORE SERVICES to the
Gov't in order to *STARVE* OUR Canadian
SUPPLIERS: NAFTA
(North-American Free Trade Agreement) allows them to do
this - TAKE CANADA OVER
through "THE BACK DOOR". :o(
The NOTORIOUS NAFTA Chapter
11 allows U.S. corporations CHALLENGE
the Gov't of Canada in
arbitration tribunals: this has THE ULTIMATE EFFECT
of *REDUCING* CANADA's
SOVEREIGNTY which they INTEND TO DO at the
"behest" of the USA

by "controlling" Gov't corruption (like they do
with other countries in the
Americas) running 25 Canadian cities BY PROXY using
the (CIA-backed) American
Hells Angels from what I can see.
HOW did this happen?
Apparently, it all started
*HERE* in Toronto with the world's BIGGEST CIA 'autonomous'
community SETTING ITSELF UP
so it can run, it seems to me, Toronto's City Hall, City
Council, *AND* the Toronto
Police.
HOW?
By turning Toronto into A
MAJOR - MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR - *NARCO* CITY for crystal
meth and crack cocaine, MOST
FOR EXPORT over the border using African-American
NYC cops who rent BIG WHITE
TRUCKS *AND* via Pearson airport security guards -
"apparently" under the
auspices of the Toronto Police as its allegedly "their" drug-
trafficking network. :o)
