Subject: North Korea: GOOD! NEWS 
               4 the U.S.A.; BAD! NEWS 4
               Canada.



I understand North Korea wants foreign investment
and it's NOT getting any thanks to the U.S.A. Vietnam
was in the same boat for the longest time until the
U.S.A. OKed foreign investment in Vietnam.

It would appear that the U.S.A. is even AN OBSTACLE
TO THE REUNIFICATION OF KOREA. This has to be
done through the back door with China.

From what I can see, THE KEY OBJECTIVE for the
U.S.A. is to make North Korea APPEAR AS HOSTILE
AS POSSIBLE so it can resurrect its North American
space defence shield and sell it to Mr. Harper, the
Prime Minister of Canada, once he has a majority
government.

This will help to keep Canada financially weak while
making the U.S. Military Industrial Complex strong.
(This will surely piss off the Russians. But does
the U.S. Administration think that matters? Personally,
I do.)

Mr. Harper has *already* CONTRIBUTED MORE THAN
EVER EXPECTED SO FAR to the U.S. Military Industrial
Complex so I'm sure the U.S. Ambassador is happy about
that and perhaps is the reason why he's staying quiet.

Meanwhile the U.S. Adminstration is BUILDING A WALL
in the South to keep the Mexicans out and SOON BUILDING
ANOTHER WALL in the North to keep, I suspect, too many
Americans from MOVING NORTH to THE PROMISED LAND
for fear of REVERSING THE BRAIN DRAIN.

Once there are TOO MANY RICH AMERICANS LIVING IN
CANADA, guess who'll be making U.S. policy. I'll be MADE
IN CANADA. (Can't have that. THAT WALL HAS TO GO UP
- PRONTO!)

(Why, when we are suppose to cooperate, collaborate,
communicate, and partner in this new economic world
order which Presdient Clinton make reference to during
his for election as President in this new digital information
age of post-modernism are we *REBUILDING* THE BERLIN
WALL - HERE AND THERE?

Is this TAX MONEY WELL SPENT? How easy is it to get
over or under a wall? You can glide over in a glider. You
can go under by digging a tunnel. Is this WHAT GOOD
NEIGHBOURS DO especially when we have to be
WORKING TOWARDS A NORTH AMERICAN IDENTIY
LIKE WHAT THE EUROPEANS ARE DOING USING
THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC MARKET. Buidling walls -
HOW RETROGRADE is that? It seems a good way to
kickstart A SERIOUS RECESSION or DEGRADE THE
U.S. DOLLAR. Hopefully, Americans will start saying
this is NOT THE WAY TO GO. No sir, Jose! < GRIN >)

The thinking of the U.S. Administration seems to be this:
the BETTER Canada's social programs are, the greater
the possibility of TOO MANY RICH AMERICANS MOVING
TO CANADA *can* become a reality.

The solution, then, is to torpedo Canada's social programs?
How? Promote the North American space defence system
to Mr. Harper once he has a majority government.

Hopefully, in the meantime there will be NO UNIFICATION
of Korea and North Korea will CONTINUE TO APPEAR
*REALLY* MENACING. Can the U.S. Administration
propoganda machine can keep making the world believe
that the threat from this FINANCIALLY BROKE country is
REALLY BIG?

What North Korea has accomplished with its nuclear blast
is to help the South Korean candidate replace Koffi Anan
at the U.N.

In the interest of world peace the U.N. should be working
on a plan for KOREAN REUNIFICATION and for finding
ways to HELP NORTH KOREA DEVELOP ITSELF ECO-
NOMICALLY. South Korea is A WONDERFUL ECONOMIC
SUCCESS - *ALL* - THANKS TO UNCLE SAM, the U.S.A.
North Korea can be *EQUALLY SUCCESSFUL* if the U.S.A.
OKs it.

That would be in EVERYONE'S BEST INTEREST and
CONFIRM *ONCE AGAIN* THAT THE U.S.A. is NUMBER
ONE. U.S. political prominence would MORE THAN LIKELY
ATTAIN AN *ALL TIME* HIGH which would surely REIN-
FORCE THE U.S. DOLLAR and perhaps help with peace
in the Middle East.

THE WORLD NEEDS TO HAVE A *STRONG* U.S.A.

Therefore, *THE WORLD* (the UN) needs to ensure that
it goes IN THE PROPER DIRECTION SO IT *REMAINS
STRONG*.

God BLESS America, LAND OF THE FREE, THE STRONG.
