At 7:40 a.m. on Wednesday April 12 2006 Ottawa Police
constable/detective(?) Babcock called Mr. Kenneth Selin
(say'leen) to tell him to come down to the Police Station in
20 minutes to be arrested as he was being charged with
a criminal offence and would be immediately released.
Mr. Selin arrived at the Station around 8:40 a.m. to be told
that Ottawa Police constable/detective(?) Babcock was
NOT there. She arrived 20 minutes later with a French
speaking detetive who read him his rights.
He told them that what they were doing was very serious
as they were arresting a Canadian Party Leader. The
response of the French-speaking detective was to put
her tape recorder and papers on the floor and come up
close to him with a CLENCHED FIST thrown back like
a baseball pitcher ready to throw a ball. That's ASSAULT
- a criminal offence.
In no time was turned around, put against the wall, and
handcuffed and brought down to the holding cell area
where his handcuffs were taken off and then after a
taking his shoes, things in his pockets, he was put in
a jail cell for SEVERAL HOURS where he repeatedly
heard a young guy who was afraid asking what time
it was.
This is the FIRST TIME in Canadian history when a
political leader other than Louis Riel was SO BADLY
TREATED.

Surveillance Cameras

Suspecting that he was UNDER SEVERE SURVEILLANCE
on January 1st 2006 Mr. Selin went on the top of his apartment
building roof to see if that were any indications that the tiles over
his roof were tampered with. What he saw confirmed his suspicions:
he noticed that many roof tiles above his living room ceiling.
He was then able to readily locate a 1cm diameter spy camera.
He took a nail and a hammer to hit it and it pop up inside. He
has shown this to several people.
He also found a surveillance camera in his smoke detector
that one sold by Spytronics.ca (http://www.spytronic.ca).
The RCMP has "repeatedly" refuse to investigate.
Revenue Canada Empties his TD Bank Account

In November 2005 Revenue Canada empties his TD bank
account and garnishes 25% of his after-tax sporadic wages
at GPC Research where he worked for $10.30/hour.
He met with Mrs. Carbonneau of the Collections Department
to explain that he would NOT be able to survive financially as
he was living on very little money.
She told him that there was nothing she could do as the reason
for this action came from the TOP and was due to the fact that
he had created a political party.
Ottawa Police 4-team Psychiatric Unit at his Door

The Ottawa Police in their April 7th 2006 7-page repsonse to
his 1-page "hand-written" complaint CONFIRMED that they
had sent their 4-team Psychiatric Unit to his apartment door
on April 27th 2005 ONLY 30 minutes after he called the Chief
of Police to find out if he could be compensated for BOGUS
CRIMINAL CHARGES over 10 years ago that RUINED HIM
FINANCIALLY. Their declared intention was a 30-day
incarceration in the Royal Ottawa (Mental) Hospital saying
that his behavior was that of a manicdepressive.
HOW ABSURD! Mr. Selin is a 5-time multilingual "magna
cum laude" University of Ottawa graduate who is a Net-
preneur, K+ President and President/Party Leader of the
Égalité Party of Canada (http://www.eh-ok.ca) who NEVER
HAS HAD A PSYCHIATRIC HISTORY.
He is currently in his 4th month of employment with Convergsy
as a member of the (cable modem) Road Runner National
Help Desk for Time-Warner.
He likens this action by the Police to PSYCHOLOGICAL
TERRORISM remeniscent of the Russian Communist
Government "typical" response in dealing with their
intellectuals by LOCKING THEM UP in mental institutions.

Interestingly, in August 1987, just after their 10th wedding
anniversary Mr. Selin's wife was OBLIGED BY HER BOSS
at the Rehab Centre which was part of the Royal Ottawa
(Mental) Hospital - back then - to have her husband
incarcerated for a 30-day psychiatric evaluation for telling
her to go to the Police to have charges laid for rape and
sexual exploitation at work after she had told her husband.
She seems to have been forbidden to have any contact
whatsoever with her former husband and seems to have
been encouraged to keep their three (3) children from
having any contact with their Dad.
When his daugther, Maria, was married three years ago
she was forbidden to invite her Dad. VERY TRAGIC! - for
Mr. Selin and his children and ex-wife. (What did he do
wrong?)
The abuse and harassment of Mr. Selin by the Ottawa
Police is an ACTIVE OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE as
Mr. Selin's ex-spouse MUST lay those charges and
should NOT BE ACITIVELY DISCOURGED by the
System from doing so which is currently the case.
After working in 20+ Government ministries on behalf of
15+ temp agencies and after completing some 70+
assignments, Mr. Selin has learned that where there is a
very serious abuse of the public purse there is A CULTURE
OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF WOMEN - most noticably
in the hospitals. This phenomenon has been documented
regarding women in the Police and Armend forces.
Moveover, the local Catholic Church preferred to annul
his marriage after a 9-year annulment process rather
than to encourage his wife to lay those charges. He
suspects they are afraid to lose their tax-free status by
denouncing the sexual exploitation of women in the
Government.
The Égalité Party Polical Angle

To counter billion dollars of bogus court cases EVERY
YEAR such as his more than 10 years ago and the case
of James Allan, a 30-year psychiatric patient taken from
the Royal Ottawa (Mental) Institution and put in the already
over crowded Ottawa Detention Centre for a year and a
half and died there in November 2004 - supposedly after
his head hit a cement bench - who was CLEARLY
INCAPABLE OF CRIMINAL INTENT, the Égalité Party of
Canada intends to reduce the Judiciary, the number of
Crown Attornys and the Police Forces by 2/3 while
ensuring that only SERIOUS, "LEGITIMATE" CASES
where there are STRONG INDICATIONS OF CRIMINAL
INTENT go before the Courts and that ALL POLICE have
a University degree. (Smart Policing will save the tax payers
billions of dollars a year.)
The BLIND SPOT in the Canadian Judicial System is
that NO POLICE FORCE NOR INTELLIGENCE SERVICE
is DESIGNED TO LOOK FOR and ROOT OUT CORRUPTION
IN THE GOVERNMENT.
It's seems to be DESIGNED TO GO AFTER ESPECIALLY
"THE - MOST - VULNERABLE": THE VISIBLE MINORITIES,
MUSLIMS, THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED, THE POOR,
THE HOMELESS, and EVEN THE MENTALLY ILL (like
"the recent case" in Ottawa of James Allen) REGARDLESS
of whether there is CRIMINAL INTENT OR NOT.
He believes the Courts must be concerned about is NOT
the fact that the law was broken, but THE SERIOUSNESS
OF THE CASE. Is there criminal intent? Intent to harm?
If you look at the budget of the Attorney General, the Crown
Attorneys, (He tried to get this information, but was told that
a request had to be made in writing even Primier McGinty's
Office did NOT want to help.) and the Police Forces over
the LAST THREE (3) years, Mr. Selin is confident that you'll
seen U-N-E-X-P-L-A-I-NABLE EXPLOSIVE GROWTH given
the fact that crime is NOT rampant, but CONTINUALLY
DECREASING.
One could conclude that the taxpayer is being INTENTIONALLY
defrauded by the Police Forces and the Judicial System: they
seem to be involved in racketteering at the tax payer's expense
MERCILESSLY and if that be the case, MUST BE STOPPED
according to the President/Party Leader of the Égalité Party of
Canada!
Plus, as nearly all the judges, crown attorneys, and those who
run the Government bureacracy traditionally (like in any other
Commonwealth country), have been Freemasons, Canada
has NEVER BEEN a democracy as the Judiciary is NOT
SEPARATE FROM those who run the GOVERNMENT, a
PRIMARY CONDITION for having a democracy.
In addition to having a Freemasonic Government infrastructure
EVERY GOVERNMENT agency, department, hospital, college,
university (He worked 9 years part-time for the Unversity of
Ottawa.) has ITS OWN "INTERNAL" MAFIA in his opinion.
He strongly feels there is NOTHING IS MORE CROOKED
THAN THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. How else can one
explain the "INTENTIONAL" LACK OF GOVERNMENT
FINANCIAL CONTROLS reported by the provincial and
federal auditors every year that BLEED THE POOR,
ANEMIC TAX PAYER.
In fact, he lost his job as full-time permanent employee at
the Senate of Canada because HE REFUSED to abuse
the System like eveyone else. The official reason given by
the Senate for letting him go was their refusal to renew his
contract, but as a Senate Messenger he was already a
PERMANENT Senate employee and will be asking for
some sort of FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT for unlawful
dismissal back in 1984.
Ironically, he with Yolande Viau of the Public Service
Alliance of Canada got the Union on Parliament Hill
just before he lost his job and the Union did NOTHING
for him so he could keep his job.
However, the Public Service Alliance of Canada did
invite him to do his Union Steward Course seven (7)
months later when he was already UNemployed and
for which he was paid $50.
Nicole Turmel, the currect President, refuses to accept
responsibiliy for the Union NOT helping Mr. Selin keep
his job at the Senate after he got the Union in on Parliament
Hill.
He intends to pursue this matter further with Mrs. Turmel
as he strongly feels the Union has a LEGAL AND MORAL
responsibility towards him given the fact that he got the
Union on Parliament Hill and that the Union has benefited
financially from his action.
Conclusion
==========
The abusive, harassing behavior of the Canadian
Government (that includes the Police and the Judiciary)
as portrayed by the above facts and whose COMBINED
EFFECT is that of PSYCHOLOGIAL BATTERY has lead
Mr. Selin to FEAR FOR HIS LIFE and SANITY.
He is struck with horror when he sees the Canadian
Government BLATANTLY abuse its authority, the public
trust, and the Canadian tax payer time and again
and most recently the Canadian farmers (as his Dutch
Canadian in-laws are farmers) and PROPERTY
OWNERS with OUTRAGEOUSLY UNFAIR TAX
ASSESSMENTS leaving them with a feeling of
BEING HELPLESSLY GOUGED by a CRUEL,
HEARTLESS Government.
He STRONLY FEELS as Égalité Party President/Leader
of Canada that he is being systematically t-e-r-r-o-r-i-z-e-d
by the Government of Canadabecause he vows to
DECRIMINALIZE the Canadian Government.
Unlike Robin Hood, he canNOT hide in the forest to save
himself, but must seek political asylum abroad.
Today, May 3rd 2006, he went to the Embassy of Sweden,
to request "temporary" political asylum as his parternal
grandfather, Henry Selin, came from Sweden and because
he admires the inherently open nature of Swedish Government.
He hopes to promote his party to North Americans from
outside North America until he feels its safe to come back.

What is SO UNSAVORY about the criminal charges is the
fact that there was no discussion with the Ottawa Police
prior to the laying of these charges in order to determine
THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE MATTER.
He senses the criminal charges has ALL THE HALLMARKS
OF MALICIOUS PROSECUTION just like the first time over
10 years ago.
The Government seems intent on DISCREDITING the
Égalité Party.
Mr. Selin was only given a "Notice of Intent to Produce
Documents and/or Records" by the Ottawa Police, but
NO POLICE REPORT.
WHY NO Police report?
Is the Ottawa Police INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO
"FRAME" Mr. Selin?
It certainly appears that way.

SHAME!
Consequently, Mr. Selin will NOT be able to enter
a plea until he has seen the Police report and after
having consulted University of Ottawa student layers
in order to determine a proper course of action.
