It is moving forward but it's furnace is no longer alight and there is no more fuel left. @williammathis6044 VERY good analogy! @kenselin A locamotive boiler requires a lot of coal to go FAST! The USA does NOT have much coal left to shovel into the boiler - BECAUSE it's NOT GETTING the level of foreign investment it used to get; - BECAUSE there is only a weak demand ONLY FOR for 90-day T-bills (Those are THE ONLY ONES that are selling.); - BECAUSE $12 TRILLION in T-bills are coming due THIS YEAR; - BECAUSE Americans have VERY LITTLE DISCRETIONARY INCOME as a result they're SPENDING LESS causing businesses to close + employees to lose their jobs all which mean LESS MONEY for the U.S. Gov't to spend to the point that it probaby woN'T be able to keep its doors open pass mid-March: you know what THAT is going to do to the U.S. DOLLAR? And LET'S NOT FORGET the USA does NOT have ONE BULLET TRAIN while China has NOTHING BUT. President Biden says he's going to change all that, but where is he going to get THE MONEY, eh? Out of THIN AIR? (Ha! Ha!) Ken. Toronto, CANADA
