I have to CONGRATULATE Professor Wolff (for whom I have THE "UTMOST"
RESPECT) for THE NEED of having A COMMUNITY OF EQUALS to run Gov't + 
business.

THE OVERARCHING PROBLEM OF THE U.S. GOV'T IS that TOO FEW (SO VERY, 
in fact) "at THE TOP" are MAKING THE "BIG" DECISIONS in a hierarchical, 
power-based structure where THE DOMINANT DYNAMIC AT PLAY is GROUP 
THINK (which means EVERYONE at the BOTTOM is "forced" to go along with 
EVERYBODY AT THE TOP - or else lose their job. :D

WHAT Dr. Wolff HE SAID ABOUT A "SUCCESSFUL" BUSINESS relying for its 
success on "INPUT FROM BELOW" is SO TRUE: "that" particular notion 
was one of THE INTECTUAL PILLARS of THE DOT COMS "already"
 acknowledged on paper at the beginning of the 1980s as being 
ONE OF THE KEYS to becoming A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS in a flat, 
matrix structure where employees are seen as associates (partners).

AS AN ASIDE, SEEING THAT YOU'RE IN VANCOUVER, Prime Minister Pierre 
Trudeau introduced PRICE CONTOLS in order to deal with DOUBLE DIGIT 
INFLATION. :D
