THE QUESTION THAT COMES TO MIND is what to make of all this? THIS GUY AT THE CENTRE FEELS HE'S NOT GETTING THE RESPECT + 
CONSIDERATION HE DESERVES AS OTHER HIGH RANKING MILITARY PERSONNEL. 

It's a play for recognition THAT ACKNOWLEDGES HIS VITAL IMPORTANCE TO THE SUCCESS OF THE RUSSIAN MILITARY OPERATION IN 
THE UKRAINE. 

On that count, I do have to side with him. 

He believes his soldiers have been targets of THE RUSSIAN MILITARY: if true, that's UNFORGIVABLE! 

(This is clearly A REAL FEAR OF HIS.)

THE RUSSIAN MILITARY MUST ACKNOWLEDGE that his contributions to the war effort has been OUTSTANDING!
