A U.S. Times Magazine early 1980s artiicle pointed out that Japan was RACIST + 
the Japanese Gov't TO ITS GREAT CREDIT took measures to deal with it. You 
CANNOT, CANNOT say today that Japan is at all RACIST + this again is 
THANKS TO THE JAPANESE GOV'T.

HOWEVER, the Koreans are RACISTS! It has been said time + again by ESL teachers
who have worked in South Korea.

I had to put up THE RACIST BEHAVIOR OF THE AMBASSADOR OF SOUTH KOREA
(in Septenber 1996 at the Korean restaurant on Rideau Street in Ottawa. an event
hosted by Carleton University Korean Club) that left me "STEAMING"!

This is SO VERY UNFORTUNATE (as I'm fond of the Korean People + love the language)
escpecially as I have an ADOPTED KOREAN COUSIN, A KOREAN WAR BABY, Carolynn
Desjardins, who is VERY SUCCESSFUL + whom her family is SO PROUD OF.
