This conflict BASICALLY is a confrontation between Israel and Iran defending 
the Palestinians' right to exist as a sovereign nation which Israel has made 
clear in the UN it does NOT want.

Israel is opposed to an independent, sovereign PALESTINIAN STATE and has 
said so in the United Nations this past week.

It does NOT WANT the UNITED NATIONS to officially recognize THE STATE 
OF PALESTINE.

IN OTHER WORDS, it wants Palestinians to "continue" to be STATELESS.

THIS IS AN IMPOSSIBLE STATE OF AFFAIRS FOR THE PALESTINIANS.

IRAN, THEREFORE, FEELS IT IS NECESSARY TO COME IN DEFENSE 
OF THEIR MOSLEM BROTHERS.

FOR IRAN,  IT IS A RELIGIOUS IMPERATIVE.

THEREFORE, THOSE FIGHTING FOR PALESTINE ARE MARTYRS.

HOW CAN ISRAEL WIN AGAINST THEM?
